Kati "The Samoan Warrior" and Halcon Oro

Does anyone remember the creators of Kati "The Samoan Warrior" and Halcon Oro? I've tired to look everywhere (COTG Wiki, The COTG Files, Handbooks) and I'm not able to find any info on who create him.

I'm sure someone like Pete can tell you what issue of the GWF PROMOTER that the C.A.C. winner Kati was in right off the top of his head.

I would have to dig mine out and flip through all of them.

Paul Tschaepe is something of a mystery man. He sent in a team for the first Create-a-Team contest and maybe a card result or two into the Promoter but otherwise has never had any presence online or at a con that I'm aware of.
