While I like the Black Death coming back idea and Lord Nexus cloning, although it would be 12 clones because you know, cheaper by the dozen, but I see it being something really not expected. Here are a few possibilities. 1) ICP brings some hardcore juggalos to invade the GWF. 2) The gods, especially the Greek and Norse ones, upset that their lawsuit against GWF to collect royalties was tossed out of court, invade the GWF to destroy it. 3) Hector the Holy Bear returns to reveal he was really Sly Drury all the time. 4) A tabloid story exposes that Vanity is Deva's father. Then in an even bigger bombshell, Mutant is really a female. Thus becoming the first full time female wrestler in GWF. Oh, and Vanity had an affair with her and the result was their love child...Basilisk. 5) An Aethran Civil War but between the male and female wrestlers. They won't wrestle each other, well maybe a special event match here and there, but collect points for beating non-Aethrans and at the end of the year the sex with the most points will be declared the victor. 6) As I have theorized in another thread Tom reveals he is from the future and all the wrestlers are real in the future. That leads to this September where he starts the 50 year countdown to when the GWF debuts in the real world. 7) Tom reveals that the GWF was just a dream of Stan Lee's and at the end Stan Lee is in the shower and is joined by Phantasy. Wacky predictions; I love them. Reminds me of back in the day when PWI used to print similar predictions from the fans in the year-end awards issue. My personal favorite was the guy who predicted that "TBS will finally stop airing that Loretta Lynn Gospel Record ad during Thunder broadcasts." I still remember laughing hysterically in the bookstore for several minutes upon reading that with numerous people looking at me like I was insane. That Gospel ad was on during EVERY SINGLE commercial break which annoyed me to no end. After a while I was like: "If I buy the damn CD will you stop airing the commercial?" |

Martin, please forgive me but I'm going to piggyback onto some of your predictions but go in a different direction. 1.There will be an invasion but it will be by The Ginger Kids. They will join fellow redhead Krakan in The Society Of Death with the goal being to take over the souls of everyone in the GWF since they don't have souls themselves. Aiding the rest of the GWF will be Archie Andrews, Carrot Top and Danny Partridge who are offended because The Gingers consider Ron Howard to be the only successful redhead. 2. Hector will return and during an emotional sit-down interview he will reveal that the Holy Brown Bear character came about because for years he always felt like a bear trapped in a man's body. He will further reveal that during his time away he underwent a medical procedure to become a real, genuine bear. He will subsequently be voted Inspirational Wrestler Of The Year by the readers of PWI. |

But he turned out to be a real Future Shock guy and disintegrated into thin air after all. Bummer. |
