OUR PATH TO TRADITION: NIGHT ONE Crunchy's Bar East Lansing, Michigan July 8th, 2009 SOCAL VAL "Welcomes everyone to OUR path to Tradition: Night One, as she leads the cameraman through the block party outside of Crunchy's Bar. Michigan native, PN NEWS & "THE BIRDMAN" KOKO B. WARE are DJing & spinning the records and spitting out lyrics to the crowd. SoCal leads the cameraman into the bar threw the crowd and finally into the ring. The crowd of about 250 people cheer loudly as Val again welcomes everyone to what will be a history making two-night event." 2 COLD SCORPIO defeated JT LIGHTNING VICTORY BY: Flip Leg Drop TIME OF MATCH: 13 Minutes 33 Seconds NOTES: "First singles match under the promotions banner, and these two did not disappoint. Fast paced action from the jump. JT survived the DISS THAT DON'T MISS early on in the match, as Scorpio survived several T-Bone suplexes and nerve hold submissions to set up for the finish and get the victory." DON MURACO defeated DAN "THE BEAST" SEVERN VICTORY BY: HAWAIIAN HAMMER Finisher TIME OF MATCH: 14 Minutes 56 Seconds NOTES: "The crowd was in shock, that the combat sports legend and Michigan native went down to Muraco, who came into this match not intimidated at all, as a matter-of-fact Muraco asked for this match. Both men bruised and bloody after taking heavy stiff shot after heavy stiff shot. Several times Severn looked to have the advantage on the mat but credit Don as he would escape every time and all it took was that one shot with his finisher to put out Severn for the three count." THE FOREVER HOOLIGANS (Rocky Romero & Alex Koslov) vs. MATT CROSS & JOSH PROHIBITION VICTORY BY: TIME LIMIT DRAW TIME OF MATCH: 30 Minutes NOTES: "The Main Event of the evening lived up to its billing, both teams having several chances throughout, including Prohibition hitting his Drunken Driver for the nearest of falls towards the 20 minute time limit, but Koslov was able to get his foot stretched out enough to reach the bottom rope for the break right before the three, Rocky then tried to roll up Prohibition from behind for the last second pin BUT Cross made the save with a dropkick to the side of the head! The time limit had expired and the crowd wanted 5 more minutes as both teams exhaustedstood toe to toes in the middle of the ring trash talking as the show ended." -END (1) * Join us for NIGHT TWO of this event as e will see Chris Hero w/ Larry Sweeney in his corner take on Michigan's own SABU w. Bill Alfonso in his corner PLUS we will hear from Road Warrior Animal & Paul Ellering after Animal's big Battle Royal win and more!*

DON MURACO "Apparently NO one saw that coming brother! Michigan's combat legend? Is that the guy this promotion wants to say hey we made it, we made it to the big leagues? Well, I showed all of you what it means to be in the big leagues of pro wrestling brother! I took out your hero, with the shot heard around the world, The Hawaiian Hammer put the great Dan Severn down!
What I am I hearing possible broken jaw, possible concussion, possible retirement for the big bad BEAST? It dosn't matter brother cause I am here, and too anyone else, I will tell you step up or get stepped on!"

WARE are once again entertaining everyone DJing up this time in the V.I.P section of the bar. Val welcomes everyone to Night Two of our path to TRADITION and welcomes to the ring the winner of the 10,000 Dollar Over the Top Rope Battle Royal, "ROAD WARRIOR ANIMAL & his manager PAUL ELLERING.
Animal and Paul come to the ring to a loud ovation from the 250 fans or so in attendance, Paul takes the microphone and thanks everyone for that welcome, he puts over Animal for winning the Battle Royal and announces that the money will be given to "Road Warrior" Hawk's family in his name to help his family. The crowd cheers for Mike Hegstrand (who passed away in 2003) Animal & Paul once again embrace when......." STEVE CORINO Interrupts by coming down to the ring with microphone in hand... "Now just hold on a second here (crowd booing loudly at him) no no no hear me out, I dont mean to take a crap in the bunch bowl here and interrupt this beautiful moment, rest in peace Mike. but I got to say to you Mr. Ellering it would have been nice to be consulted about this, I mean 10,000 dollars is a lot of my money your giving let's be honest.
A look of confusion in a lot of peoples facesare shown, as Corino continues.....
Ohhhh I understand not everyone here might not have a full picture of things so lets roll the footage from the battle royal....
THE FOOTAGE SHOWS THAT ANIMAL DID INDEED TOSS CORINO OVER THE TOP ROPE BUT HE LANDED ON THE APRON UNTIL PAUL ELLERING CAME FROM THE BACK UNSEEN BY THE OFFICIAL AND THE CAMERAMEN AND PULLED CORINO OFF THE APRON TO FALL TO THE FLOOR!
Corino continues..."Good thing my son was in the crowd filming that or else this would have been a true miscarriage of justice, so guys I hate to break it to you BUT there is no money because Animal you did not eliminate me to the floor! So it looks like you let down your longtime partner and his family again!
WITH THAT CORINO AND ANIMAL BRAWL IN THE RING! ELLERING GRABS A CHAIR AND LOOKS TO HIT CORINO WHEN C.W. ANDERSON STORMS TO THE RING FROM THE CROWD AND ATTACKS ELLERING! AS CORINO GETS THE UPPER HAND ON ANIMAL VIA A LOW BLOW THEN BUSTING HIM OPEN RAMMING HIM INTO THE STEEL POST, STEVE HOLDS ANIMAL AS ANDERSON TAKES THE CHAIR PUTS ELLERINGS FOOT IN IT AND STOMPS ON IT! ELLERING IS SCREAMING IN PAIN AS CORINO DROPS ANIMAL.
COLT CABANA RUNS OUT WITH A CHAIR BUT CORINO AND ANDERSON ESCAPE THROUGH THE CROWD AND OUT OF THE ARENA, AS ELLERING IS ATTENDED TO BY THE MEDICAL STAFF, HE IS SCREAMING IN PAIN AS ANIMAL LOOKS ON HELPLESSLY AS CABANA TRIES TO HELP ANIMAL, VAL SAYS TO THE HOME AUDIENCE THAT THEY INDEED ARE GOING TO NEED TO TAKE A BREAK TO SHORT ALL THIS OUT AND THEY WILL BE BACK...
The show fades to black.....
Stay tuned for results of Our Path to Tradition Night 2 coming up soon...... [/div]

OUR PATH TO TRADITION: NIGHT TWO (Continued) Crunchy's Bar East Lansing, Michigan July 9th, 2009 SOCAL returns to the ring and apologizes for the delay in the show, and hopefully will have an update on the condition of Paul Ellering soon, meanwhile YES the show goes on and---
SUDDENLY SHE IS INTERUPTED WITH A COMMOTION HAPPENING IN THE CROWD, A CAMERAMAN GETS IN POSISTION TO FOCUS IN AND IT'S ALLISON DANGER & PORITA PEREZ FIGHTING EACH OTHER! VAL DEMANDS AN OFFICIAL GET OUT HERE AND START THE MATCH! PORITA PEREZ defeated ALLISON DANGER VICTORY BY: Elbow drop from the top rope (Outside Interference) TIME OF MATCH: 12 Minutes 16 Seconds NOTES: While the official was trying to get the two in the ring Perez caught Danger flush with a right hand over her left eye busting her open! The match continued back & forth with bot connecting with high impact moves for near falls BUT it was KENNY KING who came from the back and held Dangers Leg from kicking out after an elbow drop from the top rope unseen by the official that got what she would call the "Picture Perfect" victory." MATT CROSS defeated ALEX KOSLOV VICTORY BY: Space Flying Tiger Drop TIME OF MATCH: 11 Minutes 26 Seconds NOTES:"Very competitive match as these two went to a classic 30-minute tag team draw during Night One, Matt Cross was able to at last Koslov who was caught by surprise by the finish." SABU (w/ Bill Alphonso in his corner) defeated CHRIS HERO (w/ Larry Sweeney in his corner) VICTORY BY: Triple Jump Moonsault (3rd of the match!) TIME OF MATCH: 10 Minutes 23 Seconds NOTES:"Right out of the gate the two managers are in a great verbal assault on each other that has the crowd going nuts! Give the young Hero credit busted open and bruised he took everything the ECW legend dished out. Hero refused to stay down and did have his moments of offensive fire power but in the end it was Sabu getting the victory.
After the match a disappointed Larry Sweeney took out Alfonso with a stiff forearm, Hero dispite busted open went at Sabu again...When ROB VAN DAM hit the ring to the roar of the crowd! RVD went face to face with Sweeney when CLAUDIO CASTAGNOLI CAME DOWN TO THE RING! Claudio helped his long time Tag Team Partner Hero to his feet as well as Sweeney as RVD helped Sabu and Alfonso do the same, the teams then stood face to face in the ring as the show ends! -End (2)
