I think the card you are talking about is one of Kevin's Krazy Kards productions, and while I do not want to speak for Kevin, I think it was a limited edition and is no longer available. At least, I do not see a way to order it on the web site. Here is the Krazy Kards site, where the card is posted under the Gallery:
