Hello. I am about to crown a women's champion in my Legends fed. However, I only have the first women's Legend set. I didn't want to do a tournament... so I thought of a Battle Royal. Are 8 participants too little nfor a match of this caliber?? I have never seen a Battle Royal in any real promotion with this little participants. Your promoter thoughts?? Thanks!

With only eight, you might do a gauntlet match. I don't like them that much in real life but you might get a good angle going out of it if the last entrant sneaks out with a win.

Gauntlet match was my first thought. Another idea is 8 women battle royal but when down to last 2 have them do a regular match.

Personally 8 is okay for a battle royal

I usually have about 8-10 participants, otherwise I lose track if there are more.

The largest wrestling company in the world once held a televised battle royal with only 4 participants, so your eight is fine.

That’s how I always decide a vacant women’s title, always 8 battle royal.
That old battle royal chart by Werner is one of the best charts I’ve ever used.
