(WORLD WRESTLING FEDERATION) (Saturday, August 8, 1981) NEW YORK, NY : Vincent J. McMahon and Capital Wrestling Corp. name Jim Carlin as the new President of the World Wrestling Federation. Jim Carlin promises to make changes in the WWF including an updated (24-man) roster. WWF will still have a weekly TV Taping and an arena show every week. More TBA.

Jones and Ursa Major defeated Mr. Fuji and Mr. Saito (w/Captain Lou Albano) by CountOut. - (WWF Intercontinental Champion) Magnificent Muraco (w/Magnus Colby) pinned Randy Mulkey with a Slingshot into bottom rope in a Non-Title Match. - (MAIN EVENT) Mitsuko (w/The Collector) pinned Dragonmaster with the Mongolian Mauler. After the match, Mitsuko continues the assault on Dragonmaster, until Andre The Giant came out to make the save.
