Commentators - Jim Ross and Bobby “The Brain” Heenan

After the opening video we go to Jim Ross and Bobby Heenan.

Jim Ross: Welcome to Florida Championship Wrestling Power Hour TV! We are about three weeks away from our big Super Card - Super Clash! In the main event - already signed, we have Harley Race defending the FCW Heavyweight championship against Wahoo McDaniel!

Bobby “The Brain” Heenan: We will hear from Wahoo McDaniel later on in the program. Right now we are going to our first FCW Television championship tournament match where Mr. Saito will face Simon Gotch!

Jim Ross: Let’s go to the ring!

Mr. Saito defeated Simon Gotch with a Saito Suplex.

Simon Gotch was beaten very easily by Mr. Saito. Mr. Saito now goes to the next round in the TV championship tournament.

*COMMERCIAL BREAK*

Gordon Solie is seen with Sgt. Slaughter. Gordon brings the microphone to his lips.

Gordon Solie: Sgt. Slaughter, you have been having some problems with Nikita Koloff. Do you have anything to say about your recent trouble with him?

Sgt. Slaughter: Listen up and listen well. Nikita Koloff, I want to face you at Super Clash. You and me, one on one. Just one stipulation though. When we face each other at Super Clash, it’s going to be No Holds Barred! Get ready maggot, I’m coming for you.

*COMMERCIAL BREAK*

Back from the commercial break we go to “The Queen of Extreme” Francine. She is wearing a purple dress and is standing with a microphone in hand.

“The Queen of Extreme” Francine: Everyone has been asking me who I have chosen to manage here in Florida Championship Wrestling. Well guess what, you won’t have to wait long. Next week here on Power Hour I will introduce my first signing to the “Extreme Army.” Buckle up and prepare to be shocked.

The shot then goes to the ring for our next match on the show.

Rick Rude defeated Danny Doring by pinfall.

Good match. Danny Doring tried a running clothesline but Rude moved. Danny Doring crashed into the turnbuckle and was pinned by the Ravishing One! Rick Rude will now go on to face Mr. Saito in the next round of the FCW Television championship tournament!

After the match Rick Rude made his way to the backstage area leaving Danny Doring in the ring by himself. He collects himself and is about to leave the ring when The Pitbulls come down and beat him down. Eventually we see Roadkill come out and slides into the ring. The four men then begin to fight all around ringside and into the crowd.

Jim Ross: These two teams have some issues that need to be settled!

Bobby “The Brain” Heenan: Things are getting out of control here, hahaha I love it!

The show then goes off the air as Roadkill hits a big splash from the top rope onto Pitbull # 2.

Florida Championship Wrestling Card # 07
Miami, Florida - February 12th, 1980
Southwest Miami Senior High School

Danny Doring and Roadkill defeated The Quebecers when Danny Doring hit a Danaconda on Pierre Carl Oullett.

This match was over before it really started. Danny Doring and Roadkill came in to this match and immediately went on the offense. Danny Doring hit the Danaconda and got the pin on PCO.

Simon Gotch beat Koko B. Ware with a Gotch Piledriver.

Very good match between these two. Simon Gotch had a real rough time putting Ware away. At one point Ware was almost counted out of the ring. Simon Gotch hit the Gotch Piledriver for the pin and the win in this great match.

Jacqueline defeated Nora Greenwald by pinfall.

Solid match with these two greats. They went back and forth hitting big move after big move. Eventually Jacqueline got Greenwald down and got the pin. After the match Nora Greenwald grabbed the microphone and said she wants a rematch against her, whenever she can get that chance. Jacqueline nodded her head and left the ringside area.

Nikita Koloff beat Pirata Morgan with a Russian Sickle.

Decent match. Pirata had some offense but it wasn’t enough to put Koloff away. Nikita eventually hit the Russian Sickle for the win. The show then went to an intermission!

*****INTERMISSION*****

Masa Saito defeated Sgt. Slaughter with a Saito Suplex.

Masa Saito beat Sgt. Slaughter in a quick match up. This match was completely one sided.

“Ravishing” Rick Rude beat Wilbur Synder with a Rude Awakening.

Another quick match. Rude hit the Rude Awakening and it was all over.

Paul Orndorff beat “Macho Man” Randy Savage by disqualification.

Good match. They ended up on the floor and Randy Savage gave Orndorff a whip into the steel pole. He followed it up with a hot shot on the guard rail and then hit him in the back with a steel chair. The referee had no choice but to disqualify Randy Savage. When the bell rang Savage continued on with the assault before federation officials came down to break it up. It took Orndorff a few moments for him to collect himself and make his way to the backstage area.

The ring announcer then took the microphone and announced that at Super Clash we are going to see the crowning of the first FCW Television champion! He says that tickets for that event and all the upcoming events are on sale right now at the box office. He said to be sure to tune into FCW Power Hour every Sunday for more great FCW action.

Notes Coming Out of the Show - Randy Savage will face Paul Orndorff at Super Clash so they can settle their feud. Who will walk out the victor? We will find out.

After the opening video we go to Francine who is standing with a microphone backstage.

“Queen of Extreme” Francine: Everyone has been asking me who I will sign for the Extreme Army? Well wait no more. The first member of the Extreme Army is none other than “Ravishing” Rick Rude! With me by his side he will become FCW Heavyweight champion.

“Ravishing” Rick Rude: All you Miami Sweat hogs, feast your eyes on the sexiest man alive. I will be FCW Heavyweight champion! Also Masa Saito, we face off in the Television championship tournament. I will be a double champion and Masa, you will feel a Rude Awakening!

The shot then goes back to our commentators.

Jim Ross: Tonight we have a big show for you. We will see two matches in the FCW Television championship tournament! We will see - JTG -versus- Baron Von Raschke and Barry Windham -versus-”The Million Dollar Man” Ted Dibiase.

JTG defeated Baron Von Raschke with Da Shout Out!

Great match between these two. Baron got some offense but JTG got the upper hand after a brawl outside the ring. JTG now moves on to the next round of the FCW Television championship tournament.

The shot then goes to Mr. Fuji backstage standing beside Gordon Solie.

Gordon Solie: I am here with Mr. Fuji. Mr. Fuji, you’ve got something to say since you asked for this interview time?

Mr. Fuji: Yes haha, I am bringing my Powers of Pain to Florida Championship Wrestling. We are going to be the first FCW Tag Team champions. We do not care who we have to face. It can be Danny Doring and Roadkill, The Quebecers, The Vachons - we are going to run through them all and take those championships! Now if you don’t mind, I have some things to attend to.

*COMMERCIAL BREAK*

We immediately go to The Pitbulls who are standing backstage with Gordon Solie.

Gordon Solie: Pitbulls, last week FCW Power Hour went off the air with Roadkill giving Pitbull # 2 a big splash from the top rope. What are your thoughts on Danny Doring and Roadkill?

Pitbull # 1: Doring and Roadkill are going to get beaten up the next time we get into the ring together.

Pitbull # 2: We’re going to tear them apart! Next time we face them, they are going down!

The shot goes to our commentators.

Jim Ross: Well ladies and gentlemen we have one more match tonight in the FCW Television championship tournament. The championship will be decided at the Super Clash Super Card! Who will be the first champion? We will find out. We will also find out who is facing JTG in mere moments when Barry Windham takes on “The Million Dollar Man” Ted Dibiase.

Bobby “The Brain” Heenan: Both Windham and Dibiase are tough competitors. This is going to be a very interesting match! My take is Ted Dibiase. Everything he does is crisp and calculated. He’s got this one!

Jim Ross: Let’s go to that match!

Barry Windham beat “Million Dollar Man” Ted Dibiase with a Missile Dropkick!

Good back and forth match. Barry Windham hit Dibiase with everything but could not put him away. Eventually he climbed to the top rope and hit the Missile dropkick for the pin and the win. Barry Windham now goes onto the next round in the FCW Television championship tournament where he will square off against JTG!

The show goes off the air as Barry Windham is exiting the ring and making his way to the locker room.

BREAKING NEWS

Breaking News coming out of Florida Championship Wrestling this morning. Florida Championship Wrestling has been purchased and is now owned by Super Wrestling Productions. Florida Championship Wrestling will continue with having weekly shows and FCW Power Hour will continue to air. There will be a second brand under the Super Wrestling Productions banner. That brand is known as Pro Wrestling Mayhem. It will have a weekly show and weekly television card known as Pro Wrestling Mayhem Storm TV. Both brands will have separate super cards. Pro Wrestling Mayhem will kick off in March! Get ready, things are getting wild!
