Well I held my matches for first champs last night.
In the Cruiserweight Stigma pulled off an upset by defeating Pendekar via repeated kicks to outer knee. Pendekar's leg was so red, the referee was forced to step in, claiming he wasn't intellegently defending himself.
In the Heavyweight division Shylock impressed us once again by defeating Raze via armbar.
In the SuperHeavyweight division Gunnar remained undefeated ending it quickly with a roundhose to the knee of Puma.
There you have it, my first ever MMA Champs:
Cruiserweight: Stigma Heavyweight: Shylock SuperHeavy: Gunnar

Well, one of ours is the same.
Women's: Rhiannon Cruiserweight: Stigma Heavyweight: Saboteur Superheavyweight: Puma
I had tournaments for them all, although since he was my OFC champ coming in, I gave Stigma a bye all the way to the finals in their tourney, which was won by Thayne. He creamed him in the final, though.

Saboteur will get next shot at Shylock, since he won a tournament to do so on Card 6. Whomever wins next tournament will also get a title shot, in their respective weightclass. Pendekar obviously is front runner for a Cruiser shot and I'd say Puma is still front runner for SuperHeavy, but anything can happen in MMA.
BTW, is anyone enforcing any special rules, like you must have a winning record to face a champion? Just curious.

I'll probably do the winning record rule for title shots, unless someone lower beats a top contender, and then I might consider bumping him/her up for a shot.
Haven't had a Saboteur/Shylock match yet, and since Shylock wasn't a tourney finalist (the other two in the round-robin final were Cypher and Excalibur, believe it or not), I'm not sure when it's going to happen.

I had round-robins in every division but super-heavyweight. I matched up the first two fighters, and then whoever won that one would face the third fighter later on. In all three cases, the fighter who won the first match won the second one, so there was never the need for a tiebreaker.
I just wanted everyone to have a shot at the belts. There were some qualifying matches in each case so that the brackets would be even-numbered.
