Welcome to my Galaxian Federation thread. I started playing CoTG in the early 90's, but life and LoW got in the way of playing the classic game I love. Well, a few months back I bought GWF Reimagined and now I'm ready to get back to my roots. I will start off playing the "sample card" from the back of the PDF to determine my initial champions as well as get some matches under my belt. The only change is the 6-man tag match has been changed to a regular tag match. Anyway, hope you enjoy the ride...

- Singles Match -

Vanity defeated Omega with a flying fist

Match Notes: Omega dominated the early going, but just couldn't put Vanity away. As the momentum changed, Vanity used a foreign object to rock Omega before hitting him with a flying fist to get the win.

- Singles Match -

Renegade defeated Death Knight with a SPINECRACKER

Match Notes: This was a straight-out brawl, with both wrestlers bending the rules from the opening bell. Renegade seemed to get the upper hand after a wild brawl outside the ring. Once back in the ring, Renegade hit his SPINECRACKER finisher to secure the win!

- Singles Match -
Wolf defeated Executioner with an atomic knee drop

Match Notes: Wolf punished the Executioner from start to finish, using his atomic knee drop to get the win. This match was never competitive as Executioner couldn't generate any offense. Solid win for Wolf.

- Tag Team Match -

The Flying Titans defeated Society of Death when Pit Viper pinned Invincible Krakan after a Titan Drop

Match Notes: This was a classic tag team match between two evenly match teams. There were so many near falls, pin saves and high spots, which had the fans o their feet the whole match. In the end, Pit Viper used his Titan Drop on Kraken to get the win. Best match of the night so far!

- Singles Match -

Comrade Terror defeated Commander Sam with an atomic knee drop

Match Notes: Comrade Terror brutalized Commander Sam in a hard to watch Cosmic Cage Match. Sam got busted open early as Terror slammed his head repeatedly into the cage. After Comrade Terror hit his atomic knee drop, the match was finally over. What a beatdown.

- Tag Team Match -

Greek Gods defeated Gladiators of Aethra

for the Galaxian Federation Tag Team Championship when Proteus pinned Brute after an OVERHEAD TOSS

Match Notes: The Greek Gods looked impressive tonight as they won their first-ever Galaxian Federation Tag Team Championship over the tough Gladiators. Actagon and Proteus used quick tags to take advantage early. With time running out, Proteus delivered the OVERHEAD TOSS and got the win!

Thantos defeated Star Warrior

for the Galaxian Federation Heavyweight Championship after

Thantos made Star Warrior tap out with the MASTERLOCK

Match Notes: In the Main Event, Thantos got Star Warrior to tap out to the MASTERLOCK to become the Galaxian Federation Heavyweight. Both men fought hard and had their chances, but Thantos always seemed one step ahead of Star Warrior. What a classic matchup.

Beast-Rider defeated Killer Queen with a count out

Match Notes: Beast Rider made short work of Killer Queen. After an atomic knee drop, Beast Rider tossed Killer Queen to the floor and delivered a crushing ddt on the ring apron. Killer Queen fell to the outside and was counted out.

- Interview -

Interview next to ring. Thantos beams in...

"Looks like a packed arena tonight. Everyone's here to see me... the Heavyweight Champion. The very best this sport has to offer! Now, Star Warrior... I know you have a rematch clause, so, later this month we will have that rematch. When I beat you, you'll go to the back of the line, boy, and you'll have to earn another shot at MY title. So get ready... cause after you fail, it will be a long time before you get another match with me."

Thantos laughs as he beams out...

Pulsar defeated Invincible Krakan with a WHIRLWIND

Match Notes: Pulsar scored an upset by defeating Invincible Krakan using his finisher, WHIRLWIND! Krakan had to be restrained by Federation officials after the loss.

- Tag Team Match -

Gladiators of Aethra defeated Flying Titans when Massacre crushed Pit Viper with a top rope cross body block

Match Notes: The Gladiators bounced back from last week's defeat by beating The Flying Titans in a thrilling match. This was an even match, with both teams hitting their signature moves, but Massacre shocked Pit Viper with a top rope cross body block to steal the win! Lord Nexus couldn't make the pin save. Tough loss for the Titans.

- Singles Match -
Commander Sam defeated Executioner with a SAM'S ATOMIC DROP

Match Notes: Commander Sam got back on the winning track by defeating the Executioner with his SAM'S ATOMIC DROP. Sam was fired up in this match and is looking for a rematch with Comrade Terror in the future.

- Singles Match -

Massif defeated Comrade Terror with a VOLCANIC DROP

Match Notes: Massif got a big win, defeating Comrade Terror with his finisher... VOLCANIC DROP. Massif's size and strength were too much for Terror. This was a brutal match. Tough loss for Thantos' associate.
