Although I was cheering for her, Lazarus defeated his sister Sandra Moone tonight at PrideStyle. Afterward, they hugged in the center of the ring and Sandra Moone told Lazarus that, although he is a zombie cannibal and does not really dream, she hopes all his dreams come true and then told the crowd she will be gone for a few months as she is returning to Japan (perhaps back to Marvelous where she worked at before?) I had a great time tonight. The promoter knows one of my friends and we all got free upgrades to front row despite there being a great turnout. The new venue is cool. I will not be at the next PrideStyle show as it will be the same night (August 10th) that I am going to see one of my favorite bands at a different downtown venue, but I will be back in the future. After the show, me and one of my friends got something to eat at the next door BBQ restaurant Soulbelly. The bisket was decent but their macaroni and cheese was excellent and among the best I have eaten at a BBQ place anywhere. Now I am going to start watching the repaly of MLW's Blood & Thunder and then get some sleep. |
