I'm sure she would be available if there's someone who can give the okay. TTX, read my post again. There is a nephew, the only living relative; confirmed via phone she isn’t available to sign due to an in perpetuity licensing agreement for her likeness with the WWE. Speaking to the nephew it seems pretty definite that she is absolutely not available.

The former would like mean no $ coming in whereas the latter does and so of course the nephew would not want to sign anything even if he could.

I knew what he meant - but I wasn’t going to correct his word choice. It’s similar to the son of a legend I spoke to with a similar agreement for his father’s likeness. He said a “trust” which also wasn’t the correct word, but again, I sure wasn’t going to correct him.
