There's so many heels that I wanted to use and go "Well maybe later" as I really wanted to use Muraco as well but it's already a roster of 40 and I don't want to push it past that excepting the occasional uses of Patterson and Andre. I'll move wrestlers out and in to change things up. Unfortunately most of the faces are on the lower side so I'll be debating a fix for that.

Bob Backlund is a problem for me. I got into WWF after he disappeared (I only remember him as a crazy heel in the early 90s) so it feels like he doesn't fit the 80s. I wanted to omit him and make Randy Savage the top face but, like you said, the faces are mostly weaker than the heels so I'd probably slot him in.

Bob Backlund dropped Virgil with the Atomic Drop.
Curt Hennig handled Koko B. Ware with the Perfect Plex.
In a five star match, Buddy Rose managed to sit down on Brian Blair's sunset flip attempt and hold the ropes for leverage.
The British Bulldogs bested The Moondogs following a DK superplex on Spot.

The Machines got a quick win over Dream Team following a Swinging Neckbreaker by Super Machine on Brutus Beefcake. Valentine never got into the ring. (Snake Eyes)
Roddy Piper dropped S.D. Jones with a knee lift.
Randy Savage mauled a bloody Johnny Rodz with the Flying Elbow Drop. Savage went for the pin four straight times but it took the Savage Elbow to finally put Rodz down. (No chance to kick out...it was a 12)
Adrian Adonis finally put away Hacksaw Jim Duggan with Good Night Irene.

US Express put away The Bolsheviks when Windham pinned Zhukov after the flying elbow smash.
Big John Studd busted open George Steele before finishing him with the Backbreaker.
Paul Orndorff took down Missing Link with the Jumping Piledriver.
Sgt. Slaughter bested Bob Orton Jr. via countout when Orton took a powder after taking a beating from Slaughter.
