Wife and I finished the series. I found watching 2-3 episodes at a time works best, in order to digest and think about what you watched. At the end they started the flash sideways, but within 4-5 episodes, you realize what the reason is for these. My wife cried full on during the 2 hour finale, and she is someone who usually sticks to sitcoms. Lost Explained on youtube does a fantastic job breaking down all the theories of the show, and that was fun to watch post-show. I'd give it 8.5/10 and recommend it. I could definitely see how people would get frustrated watching in the weekly format, and this is a show you have to watch with phones off, as it needs complete attention, but totally worth it. I actually loved the experience of watching it weekly, but like you, I had people to discuss it with during the week. I think the discussions around the show were a big part of why I enjoyed the show so much but the story really grabbed me week in and week out. Glad you enjoyed it! We really enjoyed and probably in a few years will do a re-watch. She is exhausted from it and back to comedy. I'm halfway through season 1 of Fringe.
