Hello I recently bought two sets but put it under the wrong email. Mike reached out when I first inquired where the set was. I need to move the sets to my current account. I bought it on Aug 13, can someone please help me correct this so I can play? I have sent multiple emails with account info. If it's not possible I would like to cancel, refund and try again under right email. Also just a side note I was logged under my online account when I bought from the store, why did it put it under the paid email and open a completely separate online account? Does the store not talk to the program? I'm not tech savvy, but if I'm but from the store in the online game, shouldn't it assume that's where I want it? Anyway I'm just frustrated as I lost the only day this month I had to play trying to figure this out. Please help me, anyone. Thanks.

Yeah unfortunately the game will automatically create a new account if you use the wrong email. They can be migrated but I think you'll just need to keep poking. Use online@filsingergames.com as the email to try to fix this.
