1. Ivan Koloff beat Ken Shamrock with a BEAR HUG at 6:47 to advance to the next round in the tournament.
- Both wrestlers nearly put the other away but Ivan Koloff was able to apply a BEAR HUG for the victory.

2. Buddy Rogers defeated “Rowdy” Roddy Piper with a Figure Four Grapevine at 1:31 to move on to the next round!
- Piper almost put Buddy Rogers away early twice when he applied a Sleeper but it wasn’t enough to put Rogers away.

3. Missing Link put away Nick Bockwinkel early with a pinfall at 1:04.

- After the bout The Sheik ran down to the ring and he and Missing Link beat down Bockwinkel. After Link and Sheik left the ringside area, Bockwinkel grabbed the microphone and said he wants a match against The Sheik on the next card! Will The Sheik accept the challenge?

4. “Macho Man” Randy Savage defeated Sgt. Slaughter by disqualification at 3:05. The disqualification occurred when Slaughter waffled Savage with a Steel Chair.

5. The Sheepherders defeated The Vachons at 5:10 by pinfall by Luke Williams on Butcher Vachon. Good Match!
- It was a close match but The Sheepherders were able to get a pinfall victory.

6. Ivan Koloff beat Buddy Rogers at 0:54 with a Top Rope Knee Drop to advance to the finals of the tournament.
- Ivan Koloff is now one win away from winning the FSCW Heavyweight championship!

7. “Macho Man” Randy Savage beat Missing Link at 5:13 to advance to the finals of the tournament.
- After the match The Missing Link went on a rampage and beat down Randy Savage. Savage is injured! (one card)

8. Leilani Kai beat Sherri Martel with a Running Splash at 6:29. Great match!
- Sherri Martel was on offense much of the bout getting several near falls before Leilani Kai came back and hit her finisher!

9. Ivan Koloff defeated “Macho Man” Randy Savage with a Top Rope Knee Drop to become the first Florida State Championship Wrestling Heavyweight champion!
