Card 07 - London Gardens in London, October 13, 2024
Jerry Brisco defeated Wild Bill White. Brisco took control after Morgan Dollar called for the bell but White was able to cheat and brawl his way into control. Twice Brisco kicked out after a RUNNING POWER SLAM back to back. Brisco was able to counter attack and then used a FIGURE FOR LEGLOCK to nearly get the submission by White made the ropes. Brisco went back to his finisher a second time and it was enough for the win after just over eight and half minutes. **
Yukon Eric downed Blackjack Mulligan by disqualification after four and half minutes of action. Mulligan and Eric trades blows and whips into the corner after Morgan Dollar gave both men strict instructions before the bell. The action spilled to the floor and Mulligan smashed Eric with a chair and referee called for the bell. DUD
Killer Bees beat Dream Team with Johnny Valiant. B. Brian Blair & Brutus Beefcake started things off. Blair rebounded Beefcake into a backdrop and then locked in a SLEEPER for the win (Snake Eyes!) after just under two minutes. DUD

Commonwealth Champion Austin Idol downed Billy Wicks in a Proving Ground Match with a LAS VEGAS LEGLOCK. Morgan Dollar is making the three count for the fourth straight bout. Idol attacks before the bell but Wicks is ready and Idol’s face gets bounced off the ringside table before the bell! Wicks and Idol go back and forth trading moves and counters evenly. Idol begins to overpower with clotheslines and jumping knee smashes. Wicks cannot find a counter before Idol traps him in his finisher and gets the submission after just over six and half minutes. * ½
Too Cool defeated Danny Doring & Amish Roadkill. James Beard is the referee as Brian Christopher gets after Doring who gives away to Roadkill. Roadkill struggles with the speed of both of his opponents. Christopher gets a two count after a standing leg drop and then Taylor drops Roadkill with a superkick for the win (snake eyes!) after just over four minutes. * ½
Harley Race bested Wilbur Synder. Dick Woehrle was in charge of the action as both men came together and exchanged counters. Synder took over and pressed the attack using his slight agility advantage to counter Race’s attack. Race was able to land a deathjump smash from the top to take over. Snyder kicked out after a VERTICAL SUPLEX but Race just never let up his attack until he planted Snyder with a PILEDRIVER after just over nine minutes. **
In a No Holds Barred Match, Baron Von Raschke downed Sam Houston after just over eighteen minutes of action. James Beard was the referee and Von Raschke took the match to the floor after overpowering Houston early on. Houston managed to take a chair away from Von Raschke and dropped Von Raschke with the weapon busting him wide open. Houston took over the match and Von Raschke bled buckets. Houston hit a BULLDOG but could not get the three count. Von Raschke powered back and managed to slow the pace down. During another brawl on the floor, Houston countered a BRAIN CLAW with a kick below the belt! However, Houston could not maintain any real momentum. Von Raschke took it with a backbreaker drop onto the knee. ***
Canadian Heavyweight Champion Vampiro defeated Terry Gordy. Vampiro started quickly under the watch of Morgan Dollar picking up four near falls in the opening moments with a superkick, power bomb, top rope spin kick and another superkick. Gordy looked like he would not last much longer but he managed to counter an attack on the floor running Vampiro into the ring post. Vampiro was busted open and Gordy began an impressive comeback. AN ORIENTAL SPIKE slowed things down and nearly submitted the champion. Vampiro came back and used a top rope spin kick for another near fall. Gordy power back into control but a POWER BOMB did not get the three count. It was back and forth right up until the finish when Vampiro connected with back to back uranage to retain after just over eighteen minutes. *****
Canadian Heavyweight Champion Vampiro continues to be on an impressive run as champion turning back the challenge of Terry Gordy . . . Baron Von Raschke and Sam Houston went to war tonight with Von Raschke coming away with the win but things between these two still feel unfinished and the two will clash in a Bullrope match on the upcoming event in Ottawa on November 3rd.
Up next, we head to the Garden City Arena in St. Catharines for an action packed night featuring a defence of the Commonwealth Title:
* After both scoring impressive victories tonight, a special tag team encounter has been signed for St. Catharines as the Killer Bees will step into the ring against Too Cool. Management will be watching this encounter closely as both teams are beginning to make noise about a potential title opportunity.
* Harley Race is on a quest to earn a further opportunity at the Canadian Heavyweight Title and his next opponent is the individual who most recently challenged for the title, Terry Gordy. This battle of two strong style legends should be intense and should Race come away with the victory, denying Race another shot at the gold might be difficult.
* The feud between Koko B. Ware and “Handsome” Jimmy Valiant will continue in St. Catharines after the two battled in a bloody and violent encounter in Oshawa. Valiant came away with the win on the that night and will be looking to finally put the challenge of the Birdman behind him. Ware has told everyone that he is confident of victory with all the fans behind him.
* In a rematch from Hamilton, Wilder Synder, will be looking to get back on track after his loss tonight but he will face the tough challenge of Great Gama. Synder came away with a count-out victory the last time the two met in the ring and Synder will be looking for a clean victory.
* Commonwealth Champion Austin Idol will be back in action for the second straight card as he puts his title on the line against the always dangerous Danny Hodge.
