I'm not actively keeping up with MLW at the moment but it typically makes sense for someone who is a more permanent member of the roster to get the win, rather than a visitor. I don't think that Mistico or Kenta are on the MLW roster but I could be wrong... so my guess is TJP. Essentially a shot in the dark guess.

Mistico is the current MLW Middleweight champion, coming up to 200 days now. Prior to his quarter final, I don't think TJP had appeared at MLW for a couple of years |

Mistico had been in MLW since February and he is actually the current MLW World Middleweight Champion. In MLW, Mistico has been undefeated so far and I think he will win the tournament to keep his steam going especially as Kenta just arrived in MLW and TJP just returned and in fact TJP returned mid-tournament as he is replacing Davey Boy Smith Jr. who had already advanced to the Quarter-Finals before being replaced by TJP. |
