I don't follow these things too closely, but was recently reminded of the existence of Miro by the news that he now wants to terminate his AEW contract.
That got me to wondering. What the heck ever happened to Wardlow? Is he okay? Did he join a Tibetan monastery? Where is that guy?

If I recall correctly, he joined the Kingdom. I think he is being used as a coat rack.

AEW has a bad habit of doing things like this. They get something going and then forget all about it. Wardlow was really hot then vanished. Miro was really hot and then vanished. I thought both would be in the world title picture as Miro was a world beater there for a bit.

That is another problem. They seem to not have much of a long-term plan. Then when they get one guy going, they remember they have someone else on the roster and switch to them. I can relate as I tend to swell my rosters but I try and find a way to get key players in on the regular and use the rest as filler/jobbers.
