While we don't yet know who the sixth card in the 2076 set will be, it may be time to look forward to the next set. According to Mike's Early Classics handbook, 2077 saw the arrival of Mangus and Silvar and the return of Jammer. Jammer didn't get an upgrade on his return. I can't see Tom adding 3 developmental wrestlers (I like that term), so let's look at 2078 where Caiman and Hechilles joined the GWF. With an new card for Jammer, that would be 5 and would make the next set Early Classics 2077/78. I really hope Tom sets the time that the developmental wrestlers are in the GWF and doesn't just leave it to us promoters to decide when they leave.

I'm hoping instead of another yearly update we get an anthology of years like the first set. IMO there isn't enough "meat" in EC to sustain yearly releases. You'd need to come up with new characters to be contenders if you go that route. 2076 is pretty weak IMO with Sam not even getting his 2079 stats. I already know from playing Mimic and Cosmos are at best midcarders. Though I'm coming from the stance of having access to the original official EC cards and the EC expansion set, so my expectations might be higher than someone else.
