Im not certain what the overall sentiment is on this, as I make sure to come here about once a month, but I play the game constantly.
I would drop my money in a heartbeat on alternate cards for LOW cards like there is for GWF.
I'd love to see each set (low) released again with different cards for all of them. And then re re releasing them again with different cards. As most all of these seem put together to best represent an entire body of work, an early career and possibly late career version would an easy sell for me.

I think it would depend on who it is and what kind of career/gimmicks they had.
In a way, we have that with The Destroyer. But two of the three cards are con exclusives.
I'd be interested in having tag and singles versions of wrestlers. Like if Arn Anderson ever gets signed, a singles and a tag version of him would be nice.

I would like more singles/tag cards or things like Stan Lane being very different from his MX/HB compared to his Fabulous Ones.
A lot of guys aren't that different to justify a new card and art is probably the most expensive part of a new card so I can't imagine FG would be jumping on getting a bunch of new cards with small changes unless there's a high demand (like DDP)

My dream all alt set would be: Singles wrestler Bobby Eaton Tag specialist Bill Eadie (either Ax or Super Machine style art) Young white meat babyface tag specialist Curt Hennig WCW era Meng-style Haku (with Tongan Death grip finisher, some sort of no sell mechanic, and goofy golden dragon headdress art) Late WCW era Randy Savage (with black and white or black and red gear art and stats downgrade) Handsome Harley Race and Pretty Boy Larry Hennig Late career Dan Spivey (with sleeper finisher and Waylon Mercy style art)

I suspect they'll save Curt (and maybe Larry and Race) for a future TNT set.

I think I would be down with this for Promoter Prime or for a theme set built into maybea specifc year/territory and probably only if things were getting thin in new signings. I don't think we need cards for every character but I do like when we get various gimmicks from wrestlers from key times in their career. I would still love to see us get a heel version of Andre at some point. I guess ultimately it comes down to what is agreed upon by the wrestler themselves or by surviving family members. Then again if we could get alternate cards of Con Exclusives that would be cool to.
