RevPro UK Global Wars and NJPW Royal Quest IV

This time next week, I shall be in Doncaster for RevPro UK's Global Wars show. The show will be main evented by Luke Jacobs defending the British Heavyweight title against Tomohiro Ishii. The show also has Zack Sabre Jr, who will hopefully be fresh off winning the IWGP World Heavyweight Title, Hiroshi Tanahashi, Mina Shirakawa, Lio Rush, AZM and a whole bunch more on it.




Then the next night, NJPW are bringing their fourth edition of Royal Quest to Crystal Palace, London. This could possibly be main evented by Zack Sabre Jr's first title defence, if he beats Naito.



Also on the show, Michael Oku faces Kosei Fujita, the Strong Openweight titles are defended by Shane Haste and Mikey Nicholls, and Yota Tsuji faces Dan Moloney.




I assume we will also get a Callum Newman appearance as well, given he is English and is here for the Global Wars show, but no match has been announced for him yet.

As expected, Callum Newman has been announced and will face Shota Umino on Sunday at NJPW's Royal Quest IV




NJPW have also announced a six man tag, Taka Michinoku is in rare singles action against David Finlay, plus British tag teams CPF and Greedy Souls are both on the card and ahead of the Super Jr tag league we will likely get to find out first who Taiji Ishimori's mystery partner is going to be.




As well as my ticket for the show, I have also got a meet and greet ticket to get my Zack Sabre Jr card signed

These two shows were awesome at the weekend. Met Zack Sabre Jr on the Sunday, he is such a nice guy. We chatted about his Best of the UK card, he said it had been a while since he had seen one but he really likes it and said how great it is.

It was really cool seeing Tanahashi up close, UK indies mainstay Robbie X officially joined Bullet Club after rejecting TMDK and Ricky Knight Jr and Michael Oku had an absolutely incredible match on Saturday night.
