I have not received the normal "Your Order Has Been Received" email that contains the invoice of your order and any PDF booklets that are supposed to come with that invoice email since the beginning of the year. I find that highly annoying since i save those for my records. I have all emails associated with Filsinger Games added to my contacts and favorited so they never go to the junk folder. Has anyone else been having the same problem?

Has anyone else been having the same problem? I'm also not getting any emails that contains my invoice for an order or an email that states my order was shipped. I haven't received any since the end of 2023 but I do receive my orders. |
