Questions about redone cards

As far as I can tell, the following characters have two versions

1) the original set <entire set re-released>
2) Kowalski- Heel version
3) Road Warriors- pics that fit together w/ Ellering
4) Johnny Valiant- new art

Can I get confirmation which of these have new stats on the back? JV and Kowalski are for sure, I think. Do all the original set re-releases have some new stat(s), however small? How's about the Warriors cards from #3 above?

Also, I saw a post from TM about an official LOW photographer card, but I can't find the post. How do I get this card?

Are the versions of Johnny V and The Warriors in the re-release set the same as the alternate versions sold separately?

If memory serves me correctly, yes, the versions in the re-release are the later versions with updated artwork and some slight changes to the stats.
