It's been a few years since I ran a 5K, but I might come out of my running "retirement" for a G-con 5K.
It can't be THAT bad, right?

I'd have to be one of the walkers. IB would definitely have to be an observer but it sounds fun.

If Rob is feeling upto it, I wonder if we could have the Greatest 5K In the Galaxy and could raise a little extra money for one of the charities Tom supports.

I am game for running...kinda get used to doing all the time for the Air Force...not that i do it for fun, but i think i could manage a 5K G-Con morning.
I love the idea of donating to one of the charities Tom is associated with...could make that prize for the Filsinger Creativity Award "really something"!
Everyone have fun this year...i'll be sweating like mad in the deployed phase of the training i am at, but the trainees have it worse...i at least get to take a shower longer than 3 minutes...but the food is crappy for all of us!

Hopefully you get to make it back next year, Pete. We've been missing ya.
