Bryan Danielson just made an incredible debut in my ICW fed! There was a storyline where then-ICW Commissioner Jim Cornette sold the contracts of Larry Zybysko and Chris Hero to Bill Apter's ECW, and pocketed a fee for his troubles. This led to these two not appearing at the tournament to crown the first ever ICW Heavyweight Champion (which was eventually won by Delirious).
To make up for the absense of both wrestlers jumping ship at an important tournament, the LOW Executive Committe allowed new ICW Commissioner Charlie Cox to select two wrestlers from the available wrestlers before the official drafts for ECW and WCW. Better still, both of these wrestlers would be granted "franchise status", which would prevent them from being drafted by other companies during the Summer 2009 Draft.
The first wrestler ICW chose was "Big Nasty", Angelo Mosca. The second wrestler was "The American Dragon", Bryan Danielson. Both of these men were being looked at as possible breakout stars in either ECW or WCW. But in the smaller ICW, both of these men could be main event status, and are both considered major coups by the ICW. To that point, Mosca and Danielson will make their debut matches in ICW facing each other, with the winner getting a #1 Contender Rating to go against the ICW Heavyweight Champion!
From making a possible mid-card debut in a larger company to being considered a potential champion in a smaller one. Not a bad way to start your career, eh?

Mr. JF, that sounds like a pretty good set up and should make some interesting story lines!

Danielson has only been average in my LOTF fed. I was trying to push him in storylines, but the dice kept doing their own thing. So, I got an idea. On the last card, Danielson came to the ring with a velvet bag. He said he was too good for the NAPW (my LOTF fed) Championship, so he had is own title created: the Legends Championship. The way it works is only "Legend" wrestlers (ie. LOW cards) can compete for the championship. And since Danielson is the only "Legend" in the NAPW, he might be champion for a long time.

Just starting the debut of Danielson now. I had him backstage at a Ring of Valour show only there to visit some friends (including Ring of Valour Champion Tyler Black). However Jimmy Jacobs saw him and ended up attacking him from behind after telling Danielson that he should go back from where he came. Next, I'm going to announce that Danielson has been signed for an upcoming date to team with Tyler Black to face Age of the Fall (Jimmy Jacobs and Brodie Lee), who Tyler Black already has his issues with.
