Bout #1:
Delirious vs. Larry Sweeney
- Sweeney is still getting a face pop after saving that women at the last show, but Delirious seem oblivious to anything, as he charges Sweeney at the bell. A hammerlock into a side-headlock was transitioned into shouting some gibberish and then a big punch. Sweeney was momentarily stunned, as Delirious went for a drop toe hold. Sweeney used a low blow to counter and then a butterfly suplex to drive Delirious down hard. Sweeney used his 12 Large Elbow Drop to score a 2-count. The fans were cheering so hard for Sweeney to finish off Delirious, but Sweeney's attempted slingshot suplex was for not and Delirious escaped into a sunset flip for a 1-count. Delirious caught Larry with a leaping clothesline and then locked on the Cobra Stretch. Sweeney escaped, but Delirious' Shadows Over Hell was too much and Delirious took the win at 7:09.
Bout #2:
Brodie Lee vs. Mr. Wrestling V
- Lee wasted no time beating the stuffing out of Wrestling V. Lee opened the bout with an uppercut, followed by a big chop and a headbutt. A chokeslam nearly bent Wrestling V in half. A staggering Wrestling V got up and was nailed with a Big Boot at the 3:00 mark and pinned. Lee then grabbed the house mic.
Lee: Drake! I know you have the next match with Trent, but I want you to face me now! Get out here and take your whoopin'!
*Drake raced out of the back, brandishing two light tubes. Right behind him was Trent with a chair. As Trent and Drake hit the ring, they attacked Lee. Acid cracked him in the head with the chair, followed by duel light tube shots by Drake. Then Trent nailed Drake with the chair and we had ourselves our first change in the format!
Bout #3: Triple Threat Match
Trent Acid vs. Brodie Lee vs. Drake Younger
- This match broke down into a weapons match quickly, as since this match was changed on the fly, it turned into a No DQ match on the spot. Acid wielded the chair like Thor and his hammer. Trent nailed Drake a second time and then jabbed Lee in the throat and then brought down a thunderous shot across the top of Lee's skull. Drake and Lee both still have wounds from their No DQ match at the last show, which are now starting to leak crimson. Acid tried to pin Drake, but Drake got his shoulder up. Acid dropped a knee to the throat of Drake, as Lee started to get himself to his feet. Acid slammed his very dented chair into the leg of the big man, which drove him back to kneeling. Acid slid out of the ring and went under the ring. He returned with 4 light tubes. Trent smashed one across the face of Lee. As Acid played to the crowd celebrating nailing the big man, gave Drake a moment to gather himself. Drake grabbed two light tubes and smashed them across Trent's head. Trent started to scream with pain, as Drake nailed a Acid with a boot to the gut and then DDTing him to the mat. Drake put the last light tube across the face and throat of Acid and using the chair, smashed it on Acid! Trent, now bleeding, is in obvious pain. Lee pulled himself up and went to nail Drake with a big boot, but Drake ducked it and countered with an elbow strike and a shoulder tackle. An Exploder suplex sends the near 300 lbs Lee onto Trent. Lee rolled out of the ring and to the floor, holding the back of his neck. Trent, who is really hurting, is dragged to his feet and Drake used a vertical suplex and then a spinebuster slam to soften up Acid even more. Drake used his Drake's Landing for the win at 9:58.
Bout #4:
Coach Chris Hero vs. Erick Stevens
- As both men entered the ring, they shook hands, in a show of respect. This was a back and forth match early, with both men moving quickly around the ring. They each tried several moves, but the counter wrestling was impressive. Stevens made the first mistake, as he missed a running elbow, which Hero turned into a modified jawbreaker. Hero used some quick high impact moves, but was only able to score a 2-count. Hero doesn't let up and nailed his Hero's Welcome for the win at 10:47. Stevens, who seems to be hurting after the bout, still offers his hand to Hero following the bout. Hero shakes it and the crowd roars with the show of respect.
First Half Main EventBout #5: BSW Championship Match
Brent Albright vs. Adam Pearce (c) (w/ Sweeney & Jimmy Valiant)
- Pearce came to the ring with his entourage in-tow. Brent was awarded this title rematch because it was clear last week that he had his foot under the ropes when the pin occurred, so the bout should not have ended. Brent, looking at the fact that he was out-numbered, is trying to keep them all in his sights. Pearce gets in the ring and he tries to bull rush Brent, but the former champion side-stepped him and caught him with a hard shot to the gut on his way by. Brent and Adam started trading holds back and forth, including a series of traded blistering chops across the chest of each man. The fans can feel the tension mounting, as both men are trying to gain the advantage. Brent nailed an Exploder suplex on the champion, driving him down hard. Sweeney started screaming at the ref, as Valiant started moving toward the other side of the ring. Brent locks on a sharpshooter, as Sweeney grabs the ref. Valiant gets up on the apron, but Brent sees him coming and clotheslines him off the apron and to the floor. Pearce, who is holding his knee, is getting up when Brent charges at him. Pearce drops down for a drop toe-hold, which sends Brent into the ref's back and caused ref's head to smash heads with Sweeney. Sweeney went off the apron and the ref went down holding his nose. Sweeney quickly recovered and slid in the ring with his super-hold hair-spray. Valiant hops back up on the apron as well. Pearce eats a hard knee from Brent, as Sweeney is waiting to spray Brent in the eyes again. Sweeney went to spray Brent, but Albright ducked and Valiant caught the hair-spray in the eyes. Brent kicked Sweeney in the groin and then released German suplexed Sweeney over the top ropes and into Valiant. Both men went down hard into the guardrail, effectively taking them out of the situation. The ref is up with a bloody nose. Brent rushed over and used a half nelson suplex to score the pinfall and taking back the BSW Championship at 18:32. The fans explode, as Brent becomes the first 2-time BSW Champion.

Bout #6:
The Young Bucks vs. JD Maverick & Kashmir (c) (w/ Tammy Sytch)
- The Bucks know that they need to focus on Kashmir and Maverick if they want to get their titles back. They know that they need to tag fast and keep the champs on their heels to take back the gold. Nick landed several back elbow smashes quickly on JD and then used a head-scissor take-down to flip his opponent across the ring. Matt tagged in and a head drop over his knee and then spear to drive JD into the mat. Maverick tried to make the tag, but The Young Bucks used double backflip dropkicks to stop him from making the tag. Nick took back over and used several high speed dropkicks and kicks to keep JD down, before he tagged his brother back in, who did many of the same things. Matt used several high impact, high speed moves to keep JD down, as Tammy screamed for him to tag. Matt and Nick used a catapult into a dropkick to score a 2-count. Kashmir was tired of waiting and charged the ring. Matt and Nick nailed their More Bang For The Buck, but the ref was too busy getting Kashmir out of the ring to be in proper position. JD is in bad shape, but as the ref started to count, JD was able to sneak his shoulder out. Nick went for a springboard clothesline, but JD grabbed Nick's head into a drop knee drive to the Young Buck's chest. JD scrambles and made the tag to Kashmir, as Nick holds his chest. Kashmir starts booting Nick hard and hoists him up for the Cradle Breaker. Matt had to make the save, but Nick is really hurt. Kashmir made the fast tag and then tackles Matt to the mat. JD goes up top and nails his Top Rope Elbow Drop on Nick, scoring the pinfall at 16:50 to keep the gold. The Young Bucks made a close match, but were unable to overcome the years of tag team experience that both Kashmir and Maverick have under their belts.
Bout #7:
Chuck Taylor vs. Claudio Castagnoli
- Chuck Taylor has become a new man since Chris Hero became his coach. His repertoire has grown by leaps and bounds and his confidence has been through the roof. Claudio is looking to get himself a title shot soon, and he knows that beating the rising Taylor would help with that immediately. Great chain wrestling to open the match, with Claudio using several European uppercuts to drive Taylor back to the corner. Taylor was rocked with each shot, as he is giving up nearly 30 pounds to the Swiss superstar. Taylor fires back with some serious chops and then goes into his series of arm drags. Claudio has to powder out to catch his breath and gather his thoughts, as the fans show their appreciation thus far. Taylor caught Claudio with a "strong-style" eye rake on his way back in, but that didn't stop Claudio from slapping Taylor across the mouth. They traded chops and European uppercuts, each rocking the other with their blows. A running dropkick off the ropes by Taylor knocked Claudio down. Taylor used an enzuigiri to keep Claudio down. An Awful Waffle and Taylor pins Claudio, but the Swiss great, rolls through Taylor for a 2-count. Taylor jumps up and attempts a big boot. Claudio ducked it and transitioned into a USB Backbreaker, then used his Alpahmare Waterslide to drive the youngster down hard. Taylor was able to kick out, much to everyone's surprise. Claudio nailed a Roaring European Uppercut, which drove Taylor into the ropes, who shot forward into a high-speed small package for the 3-count at 16:16. The fans exploded, as both men went full-tilt for the entire match and with such an exciting ending, the roof nearly came off the Greensboro Coliseum!
Main EventBout #8: Last Man Standing Match
Jimmy Jacobs vs. Tyler Black
-
{This match would nearly impossible to write-up in anything shorter than an decent Lent essay, so I am going to give you the highlights of the match. It took me nearly 20-25 minutes to ACTUALLY wrestle this match, so that should give you an idea. }*The bout started as every other match with Jacobs and Black do, with both men attacking at the bell and using every appendage to try and beat and maim their opponent. Black blistered Jacobs with a series of knife-edge chops. Jacobs returned with his own series of chops to Black's chest, leaving both men with hamburger meat for pecks.
*Both men battled up the ramp, when Jacobs thumbed Black in the eye. Jacobs used a satellite headscissors down the ramp, as the crowd was shocked by the lighting quick move.
*Jacobs, bloodied up after Tyler slammed his head into the ring post, violently choked Black with the cord of the camera. He tries to hang Black over the top turnbuckle, but Black pulls the camera man to the ground and unplugs the cord to get free.
*Jimmy used his railroad spike to carve up Black's head, causing the former AOTF member to bleed all over the mat. Jimmy locked on The End Time and choked out Black. Black was able to get back to his feet at the count of 8.
*Jimmy missed with a top rope seated splash with a chair, that hurt his tail-bone. Black, used a big boot and then a superkick to drive Jimmy back. Tyler scored with his Paroxysm, but Jimmy got up by 7.
*With both men a bloody mess, Jimmy had a table set up outside the ring. Jacobs attempted to nail a tornado DDT off the top ropes on Black, but Tyler blocked it. Black was able to nail his God's Last Gift off the top ropes out through the table. The fans exploded, as both men lay in a bloody mess on the floor. Black was unable to hang onto the pin, but draped his arm across Jacobs. The ref made the 3-count and then started the 10 count.
