* Below are some questions I received with regards to the contest. If you have any issues not covered just send me a PM and I'll edit it in an answer.
CotG/LOW Booking Challenge Contest FAQ
While quantity can often dilute from quality, bookers can incorporate as many 'non-wrestling' characters as they want into their presentation. Keep in mind that any characters who appear in a Fed (in any form) are eligible to be used by a judge as a part of a challenge or series of challenges. Balance the idea of using more personnel to enhance your shows with the possibility of more difficulty/complexity in the challenges that are issued.
The challenges will be specific to each Fed. By its nature some themes may inevitably be similar but each judge will work off the source material as it is presented.
The three day window is to give leeway to the judges on 'how soon' they need to respond to a given thread. This helps to set a reasonable expectation for contestants regarding progression. The challenges themselves are never time sensitive for the contestants to deal with.
From that point of turn around time bookers can plan and move forward at any pace that works for them.
In terms of challenges, the process can ensure uniformity in 'quantity' but never in perceptions of 'quality'. The number of challenges issued will uniformly increase with each post in Stage 3 (ie. the third Stage 3 post will have 3 challenges, fourth post will have 4 challenges, etc).
The process can't guarantee uniform interpretations of 'quality'. No method can that uses the subjectivity of human judges and contestants. Each member of the panel brings their own diverse ideas on what is/isn't appropriate. Contestants should know that going in and gage whether or not they are comfortable participating in this type of medium before entering.
To avoid any problems from an execution standpoint I will post all challenges for the judges while preserving their anonymity. The same will hold for when players want to issue challenges to other players. Send your challenge to me and your privacy will be protected.
When making their final assessments, the judges will be mindful of the time stamps on the posts. 'Identical' approaches will be easy to spot and the degree of ingenuity in dealing with a challenge will be judged alongside the rate of initiative in taking action.
Every booker will have the initial 18 man roster to work with at the start. From that point forward it's similar to the NFL with regards to how contestants use that roster and maintain the health of their crew internally. Additionally, everyone will have their own unique conditions and challenges to deal with along the way from an external challenge standpoint. The style of wrestling that is presented can be a dynamic factor in the judging. Bookers should prepare for the possibility of working with a smaller roster than that with which they start.

How will managers and NPC-type characters (announcers, interviewers, commissioners, etc) be handled? Will a manager take a roster spot and what kind of limits and leeway will people have on using characters in non-wrestling roles?

Are you planning on making the booking challenges specific to each fed or will each fed get hit with the same challenge at the same time?

Is the 3 day turn around with regards to when the Judges respond to our last posted card or our response window to whatever the Judges throw at us next?

I could see how a promoter could argue that his fed challenge was harder than someone else's.

What if someone is uncomfortable issuing a player challenge. Can this person be anonymous?

Feds getting hit with similar challenges could lead to people swiping other people's methods of getting around it (or being accused of stealing).

What about injuries? I don't use the feud table much myself but other promoters use it religiously.
