If nothing else, you can always use official cards as guidelines to create an card that fits the guidelines. At least that's what I do when creating one. If any are not actually fitting the current guidelines that are listed, at least you can say "Well, so and so's card was created that way?" Either way, hard to argue with that.

I've seen much worse, especially for a first time bootleg.
The Rahl rating system is probably the best way to determine what level the bootleg is at. It's my personal belief that there's no real "fun" to supermegacards, legit FG creations or otherwise. It took me years, upon years to accept Chaos, and when I hit Monolith I figure I'll have the same problem. When cards go the "arms race" route in terms of power, I much prefer a card like Alpha Force's. His card had the potential to be one of the strongest cards in history (TWO +5 finishers for gods sake), but the mechanic kept him in check. If the dice were lucky, he could steamroll anyone, but the dice are honest.
But if you were aiming for a card that strong, then there's nothing much then can be said. You did a fine job creating it, so good job.

I dont know anything really about the Rahl thing. As long as I pass Tom's conditions about how to build a proper card, then I am happy.

It took you several hours to basically copy Monolith's playing card...?

copying Monolith was not the idea, but creating someone to take him on one on one was. From my original design, it was not very similar to Mono, but with the changes looks very similar now.
Well, the bottom line, not a bad first attempt, and thanks to everyone who helped me get him into proper shape. Now I am working on more "real" wrestlers. My main goal is to make a few guys who are indy style hoping to one day make the GWF circuit.

POwerwise of course he's probably on the hihg scale but for a first attempt it was well done in following the rules.
