I've had a bunch in my time as a GWF'er, but I'm still not convinced I'm doing them right.
I roll "initiative" when a character's "out of Ring" is rolled, and I assume a successful finisher/pin is an elimination, but this still leaves a few gaps.
So . . . . What exactly are the rules that work best for everyone?

I just go with if a wrestler rolls Out of the Ring, the opponent is automatically eliminated; and if a wrestler rolls his finisher, the opponent is eliminated. And if a wrestler rolls his PIN option on Level 3, he's eliminated. No pin rolls or anything.

I play if a out of the ring is rolled it's an automatic elimination.
If the roll is out of the ring (c) then I roll a die - EVEN - the person holds on, skins the cat or someone saves him. ODD - eliminated
Finisher I roll for.

I do out of the ring as an automatic pin, if they pass the pin they save themself if they fail the pin they are eliminated.

I do out of the ring as an automatic pin, if they pass the pin they save themself if they fail the pin they are eliminated. I do the same, I figure the wrestlers will try to hold on so an out of the ring is a PIN attempt and finishers if they are hit are treated as if they hit the move and then attempt to throw the wrestler out w/ the finisher bonus.

I make two random piles for heels and faces and draw 1 vs 1.
First wrestler to get hit with a Level 3 Offense, is pinned, goes out of the ring, or is hit with a finisher is eliminated. Double Out of Rings are acceptable (double elimination.) Ignore any rolls that don't make sense (tag, DQ, etc.)
Make two piles for face and heels winners to draw from and a discard loser pile to ignore.
Shuffle both piles. Draw the next two face vs heel cards. If you run out of one side, draw from your remaining pile.
Final 2 wrestlers: first to hit PIN, FINISHER, or OUT OF RING wins battle royal.
Royal Rumble is played in a fixed order in one pile, so it's more like Gauntlet Match.
I make them as quick and simple possible otherwise they could go too long. Let's face it, they are quick in real life and aren't actual 1 vs 1 matches. I don't want to roll on new battle royal chart, make extra rolls to see if the person survived, keep track of points, worry about weights, or compare 10 cards at once.
