Are those percentages dice roll probabilities? If so what type of dice were used (6 sided, 10 sided, ?) and what were the base numbers? If you give me that info I can archive your work and convert it into a tabled PDF chart.

they are based on 6 sided dice . a injury will happen on the roll of doubles 2-7 in the injury chart means that the defender is injured 8-12 in the injury chart means the attacker is injured for example lets say that guy being pinned has a fatigue of 6
out of the 36 possiblitys 3 =injury chart attacker percentage is (3/36)*(15/36) defender percentage is (3/36)*(21/36) 12 = pinned but no injury/percentage is 12/36 21= no pin fall /percentage is 21/36
