The CPC opened there 1st event in Pelf palace to a packed arena. There were only six matches on the card, but four would be title matches. The Cruiser-weight Champion Prodigy easily pinned Skinhead in under three minutes. Janus need much help by Scourge to finally put away Brainstorm. The Matador of M83 held on to his title in a squash of Pollux. Terminus easily defeated Ursa Major in his title defense as well. Velar the great pummled Ms. Liberty, but the shocker of the evening was when the Upstart Punks shocked Colby and Pelf as they upset the Tag Team Champs - Transvolver. Here is how the match played out. The Upstarts came to the ring looking slightly nervous. This was there 1st championship match. Since their won loss record was not so good, they knew this could be their only chance. Transvolver came to the ring screaming and yelling at the fans and pointing at the Upstarts. Soon as Transvolver hit the ring apron Scourge called for the bell to start the match. Dreadnaught came right at Taurine and began to beat the hell out of him. Dreadnaught tried pinning him twice put Taurine kicked out. Monad tagged in. He too began to brutalize Taurine but screwed up off the ropes and swung the momentum to The Upstarts. Taurine tagged in Romulus who quickly set up Monad for the Propulsion Piledriver finisher of the Upstarts. They hit it and Romulus went for the pin, Monad kicked out. Dreadnaugth stood on the apron laughing at the Upstarts pinning try. Taurine came in a quickly set up another Propulsion Piledriver and they hit it again. Romulus quickly went for the pin, one - two - Scourge looked to Dreadnaught waiting for him to make the save. Dreadnaught was busy yelling at a fan to take notice. Romulus grabbed Scourge's hand slammed it down for the three. The place went nuts. Romulus and Taurine grabbed the belts from the stunned bell keeper and ran to the dressing room. As they ran past the celebrating Dreadnaught, he then looked back to see Monad rubbing his sore neck. Dreadnaught began to give chase but gave up as the fans in the arena laughed and threw trash at him. The upstarts were quickly signed to a CPC contract for the next pay-vid event.
