actually the (ch) moves were the first thing Mark and I agreed upon to not include. My bad. Trying to remember what you had mentioned. I know you said several people mentioned some sort of lack of options.

No reason to apologize, I was just stating where Mark and I were in regards to the choice chart. That decision came about because, when POW/ MMA was being developed, there was a long thread on the Ingerboard about the choice chart and a surprising number of people said it slowed the match down, so it was nixed.
maybe a rules where, in Stand Up, a guy could attempt a leg shot or stay striking, and the other guy defends, but then we would need to change some fighter's cards that hand those"move-2" or "move -3 " already on them.
But I could see a modifiecd choice chart like that, with the option of staying with what you are doing.
But yes, options are lacking. My Cro Cop is most likely not going to want to stay grounded, so there is no real way for him to voluntarily stand up. I like your grappling control chart, but there does need to be a way for a stand up to occur (even guys like BJ Penn lose control sometimes).
This really is a work in progress and any and feedback is great.

An option for him to stand (like he probably would want to) would be pretty cool. I had actually been thinking about this too. What do you think about this... -If a fighter is in control is on the ground he has the option to restart the action on Level 1 Offense. -Re roll initiative and the high roll takes over on Level 1 -Or maybe the fighter with the higher Strike Power takes over. Just a thought.
