I was wondering how many cards contain a cigar on them in the entire COTGverse. Right now, I know:
Massacre
Blood
Scorch
Commissioner Carter
Nick Bockwinkel
Any others?

Doesn't the first manager Krakan card have a cigar? I think it was 2097? Not sure, don't have it in front of me, lol.
