I have pondered ordering the LOTF sets when I can free up some cash but would like to know from fellow promoters if it is possible to mix them in with the LOW stars and have decent results. In other words, can they hang with the LOW stars successfully or would I need to run a seperate fed? I already run four LOW feds so I'm not sure if I want to start another one.

Mixing LOW and LOTF is very easy to do. The LOW/LOTF teams did a great job. I run multiple regions, one focused on LOTF, but I have had several LOW star vs. LOTF star matches and the mix extremely well. I frequently used the ECW alum and they did well, not dominating, but won more than they lost. Had a 5 star match between Tiger Mask and Quackenbush, as I expect they might have in real life. The LOTF guys are fairly strong, but don't have to worry about them beating Harley Race, Road Warriors, etc. Whether run seperately or mixed, LOTF will not disappoint.

Thanks for the quick response Executioner. Sounds good so I will definitely look into getting the sets. If anything, most of the LOTF guys would be great to add to the junior heavyweight division and that Quackenbush-Tiger Mask match sounds great. It would also be a nice way to filter in new talent when needed.

My primarily LOTF fed, Ring of Victory, has consistently had a LOW guy at or near the top. Frank Gotch was the first champ, and Rick Rude, Strangler Lewis, and Masked Superstar all had respectable runs at the top. I find that the belt changes hands too often if you only have LOTF guys in the mix for the title.

The top LOTF guys could run as mid-carders in a LOW fed. I think your best bet is to make a primarily LOTF fed and mix in some lower end LOW cards. That's what I've done with my LOTF cards.

Thanks Gunslinger and Maddog. I guess if I get the sets, I'll probably start with number one first, I will have to take that into consideration. I have toyed with the idea of running a fifth "outlaw" type promotion so maybe the LOTF guys would fit into that along with some of the lower end LOW guys.

For what it's worth, guys from LOTF: Second Fall end up doing better generally than most from the original LOTF (excluding maybe Delirious and Claudio) when used against LOW. I've seen Kingston, Albright, Black, and Claudio pull out some miracle victories in my other feds, namely Claudio over Harley Race to win the LWF Title. Claudio is still LWF Champion, with defenses over Brody, Mascaras, Bobo Brazil, and Steve Williams, the latter of which he had a steel cage match against and barely escaped with the title.

I have to agree Switchfoot about LOTF: Second Fall having the tougher wrestlers. Brent Albright has wins over Steve Williams, Rikidozan, and Strangler Lewis and Tyler Black has a win over Mil Mascaras.

Thanks for all of the replies. This community is the best. So it sounds like the second set has stronger cards. Brent Albright should at least fit nicely into the mid-card or upper tier in my regular feds then. The Bryan Danielson card has done very well in my feds (currently posting a 13-6-0 record) and I'm guessing Albright is at or near his level.
I will definitely look into getting both sets then. Probably sometime after we get Partners.
