What better way to return from vacation then to check out this year’s Wrestlecade!
Killer Kowalski score the convincing victory over a classic foe.
Rob Van Dam and Tyler Black tear it up and put on classic proving that you had better be in your seat early during Wrestlecade season. Great booking between Mosca and Blanchard and I can only image that Blanchard and Dillion were barely able to get out of the Rogers Centre alive after Canadian Mosca was dealt a low blow defeat. Sherri Martel adds yet more gold to her resume in a shocker. Burke will hard to beat twice however so Martel’s reign could be short lived. The Valiant Brothers back in a big way. I was very pleased to see Davey Richards claim the PWI Cup in a classic. Enjoyed the use of the snake eyes finish to set up the beat down of Richards which sets the stage for things going forward.
The mixed six man tag action looked to have some fun spots with the heels taking the controversial decision. Sheik and Curry was as violent and vicious as anticipated. Was there any doubt there would be a disqualification before it was all said and done? The Ring of Blood Death Match was a perfect lesson in booking. Mulligan has to watch his son be tortured only to get the finish that sends Army of Darkness packing. Great write up.
The Legion Doom comes up short in the big six man tag team but you would have to expect things are far from over between these two sides. Even the Giant took his share of the punishment.
Is there a better stage for the first Midnight Express – Rock n Roll Express showdown then Wrestlecade? No sir. Looking forward to more from those two tandems
What a main event! Your description was top notch.

Your description was top notch. That was a great review of WrestleCade 12 my friend. It gave me a different look at it as well, especially concerning the Ring of Blood Death Match. I hope everyone will join me over at the new thread and as for getting this one stickied I have no idea how that works but I would be humbled if it did happen. Thanks AJ, Pariah, Troy and Crimson for even bringing that up. This could be my final post here so stay tuned as LOW - Legends of Wrestling II is coming kicking off with a huge night of action from the Tokyo Dome.

Truth be told, that grassroots campaign to get it stickied was a lot easier than I thought it would be. I feel as if I've accomplished something... but it won't ever compare to this thread, cruefan68I'm glad the epic story is continuing elsewhere!

Thanks guys, that is awesome. I'm happy to be able to find it when I need to now. I was afraid it was going to slip into oblivion so having it stickied is just great.

Unfortunately this one is no longer stickied so in order to "keep it alive" I am going to post some of my profiles for the wrestlers once they are completed. I will be working on the inaugural champ, Frank Gotch, first. I have no timeline for the start of this but it will be fun to post the profiles here.

I actually have this thread bookmarked, so I can easily find it... Not sure why the sticky pin got pulled, but maybe it's not entirely a bad thing... Remember all those threads that were accidentally deleted a few months ago because of a spam posts... Ugh! That would suck!

Remember all those threads that were accidentally deleted a few months ago because of a spam posts... Ugh! That would suck! I didn't even realize that. I think I would have had a hard time with that happening as I refer back to this often as well. I keep good records overall (and save them often) but I had a computer crash that lost most of my earlier match write ups. Anyway, I hope to work on the Gotch profile soon and help to keep this thread alive.
