Not that it matters much to me, personally, since I already own it...but is the Galacticon Bash set coming back into print sometime? I only ask because its got a few characters who are kinda important to some of the storylines from 2109 on.

No plans to reprint it, but if you happen to buy the other Bashes, you may still be able to get the GB cards.

I have a friend who is currently in 2102, who has Birthday Bash, but hasn't ordered Son of Bash (yet)...and, well, some of the GB are important, as I said...

Actually, I'm curious why you wouldn't reprint the set, or at least, reprint the cards from that set that get used in storylines (Sniper really stands out, but Antak, Son of Ram, and Sir Ender all have some storyline play) and sell them individually.
It'd suck for a new player to get to the Greg Valentine/Sniper/Krakan story angle and be unable to get one of the cards needed to play it out by the book, if that's what they chose to do.
CLARIFICATION: I understand the logic of having a "limited edition" set, but that only makes sense if you keep the set "limited" and don't start wrapping it up into the broader story arcs. If Storm Child and Vision suddenly decided to take on men's teams only, and joined the Avenging Warriors as the main tag team in the Takeover set, their lack of availability becomes a lot more problematic. Same thing here--if the Bash wrestlers had remained "unaffiliated wrestlers" with an occasional mention in the books, that's one thing. But once they start joining teams and serving as the primary opponents for established talents, if you can't get those cards (not to mention a description of their specialty moves and Finisher, plus a nice background), you're stuck.

I think that's a good point, and even though I've bought most of those collector's sets/cards over the years, I used to always wonder about some of their inclusions into the actual main storylines.
I would think limited editions/rares should never be put in the actual main feds. And if they are, going forward, they should be included in the sets they first appeared in. For example, I forget what year Sniper went into the GWF, but whatever that year is, she should be included in that set.
Otherwise, it leaves little holes for new customers trying to catch up.

I'll readdress this with Tom. Needless to say, if you want the cards I do have some copies, but no booklets. As of now its out of print. Since they were used in the main storyline, I agree they should be available.

Pretty much my point. Bust Up and Necros being unavailable makes sense...since they were also never mentioned in the books...but Son of Ram and Antak were prime suspects in the big Gladiator storyline on Centra, for instance.
