Great Show!! Nice to see my Championship predictions come true! I have a feeling Dibiase is going to get dominated by Race for the #1 contender spot. I've always had trouble getting Brazil going in my past feds so it's nice to see he's got a TV title shot coming. Rahl

Mid-South Wrestling News
* Mid-South Championship Wrestling will be in Lake Charles, Louisiana! Ted DiBiase and the “King of Wrestling” Harley Race will be your main event match, as both men are after the MSCW Heavyweight Championship, currently being held by the “Russian Bear” Ivan Koloff. Whoever wins the match will face Koloff the following week at Saturday Night Wrestling! However, DiBiase must keep his eyes peeled for an angry “Dr. Death” who could make his presence known at any time! * After last week, Larry Hennig wants another piece of Frank Gotch. Hennig tried to shake Gotch’s hand after he won the MSCW Television Championship; however, Gotch pushed Hennig’s hand aside and left the ring. Upset due to the lack of sportsmanship, Hennig requested the two go at it again in a non-title, best of three falls match.
* The Fabulous Kangaroos, the recently crowned MSCW Tag Team Champions will take on the Road Warriors in a non-title match. If the Road Warriors manage to get the win over the ‘roos, they will receive a shot at the tag team straps the following week.
* The Roughnecks, Eddie Kingston and Brodie Lee, are not too happy with the latest actions of the Heartbreak Express. Not only did they injure Bob Armstrong, the Davis brothers attacked Kingston and Lee backstage. Therefore, these two fresh teams will go at it for the first time!
* Also, Brad Armstrong, while his father is out healing, will take on newcomer Bryan Danielson, Trinity DeNucci will face Penny Banner, a new addition to the MSCW ladies division, and Bobo Brazil will take on another newcomer, Nigel McGuinness! We hope to see you there, fans!

The next show should be really good, looking for the Roughnecks with the victory and the grudge between Hennig and Gotch will be excellent...

Saturday Night Wrestling Card #3, January 16, 2010, Lake Charles, LA Burton Coliseum
In the Ring — Bill Watts came down to the ring to announce that Mid-South Championship Wrestling will have a battle royal next week for the MSCW Lightweight Championship. He also announced that a GIANT in the world of professional wrestling is on his way! However, the MSCW Heavyweight Champion, Ivan Koloff came down to the ring and told Watts to leave. Koloff then told everybody that he has hired a group of men to assist him in his business. He then left the ring with the fans wondering who it might be!
1. Brad Armstrong vs. Bryan Danielson — Armstrong started the match off on fire with a flying head scissors, but Danielson quickly took over from there. Danielson nailed Armstrong with a running slingshot and quickly went for the CATTLE MUTILATION; however, Armstrong managed to shake off Danielson’s finisher. When Armstrong got back on his shaky legs, Danielson got the quick pin with a small package. After the match, Danielson and Armstrong shook hands, sending the fans into a roar of claps.
Backstage — Lou Albano walked into the Valiant Brother’s locker room...
2. Trinity DeNucci vs. Penny Banner — DeNucci showed that she wanted to be taken seriously, hitting a running bulldog for a near fall. She then went for the NEW JERSEY JAM, but Banner kicked out at the last minute. Frustrated, DeNucci tossed Banner out of the ring and brawl erupted. Banner ended DeNucci’s attack by slamming her head into the ring apron. She tossed DeNucci back into the ring and went for the SMALL CRADLE twice, but DeNucci kept kicking out. Banner then went for the SUNSET FLIP and DeNucci, once again, kicked out at the last minute. It was a flying dropkick from Banner that got her the win!
3. Heartbreak Express vs. Roughnecks — Sean Davis came in and put a good ol’ whoopin’ on Kingston, even nailing the HEARTBREAKER. Kingston kicked out with ease! However, Lee was tagged in and all hell broke loose. The “Big Rig” tossed Sean Davis outside of the ring and then into the steel steps. All he had to do from there was bring the chunky opponent back into the ring for the pin. The Roughnecks then chased Phil Davis out of the ring!
4. Bobo Brazil vs. Nigel McGuinness — Bobo Brazil, brawling with such fury, didn’t even give McGuinness a chance to breath. The brash newcomer could only defend himself against Brazil’s strong head. Brazil hit McGuinness with the COCO BUTT five times, busting him open on the fifth one, the same way he did Red Bastien last week. The fifth COCO BUTT was the nail in the coffin for McGuinness! Brazil, ready to become a champion, will face Frank Gotch next week for the MSCW Television Championship!
5. Frank Gotch vs. Larry Hennig — Hennig beat Gotch via THE AXE!
6. Road Warriors vs. Fabulous Kangaroos — The Road Warriors showed up to fight, and fight is what they did. Hawk and Animal kept tagging each other in, totally destroying Al Costello with every single power move in their arsenal. However, it wasn’t long before Hawk and Animal nailed Costello with the DOOMSDAY DEVICE! After the match, the Road Warriors hit “Wild” Red Berry with a spike piledriver. Next week, if Al Costello can ever wrestle, the Fabulous Kangaroos will put their MSCW Tag Team straps on the line against the opponents that just beat them, Hawk and Animal, the Road Warriors!
7. Harley Race vs. Ted DiBiase for a shot at the MSCW Heavyweight Championship — The fans were in shock by the outcome of this match. Race came in strong, hitting DiBiase with a vertical suplex for the near fall. However, the match quickly went to the outside of the ring. Both men were brawling and doing unthinkable acts to their opponent, but Race got disqualified after using a chair to head butt a downed Ted DiBiase. Race was enraged that he got disqualified and DiBiase didn’t! The brawl continued until Ivan Koloff, the Bolsheviks, and Nikita Breznikov came down to the ring and attacked Race and DiBiase. DiBiase and Race were both injured after the attack, knocking both of them out of wrestling Ivan Koloff next week for the MSCW Heavyweight Championship! Bill Watts ran to the entrance ramp and told Koloff that even though he took out Race and DiBiase, he still had to put his title on the line next week against a much BIGGER opponent! Also, he told Koloff that the match would be a dog collar match! The fans went wild as the show went off the air!

A tough loss in Nigel's debut against Bobo and that Gotch Hennig match must have ended fast, solid card...

Once Bobo starts laying in the COCO BUTTS, it's tough to recover.
