Is there any wrestler where it seems no matter how the deck is stacked, he can win? Thantos is that man for me. At my Survival of the Fittest, my main event is a 6-man Elimination Chamber Match for the GWF World Title. Thantos has been the champ at the time of both of the 2087-2088 events and has amazingly won both to retain his gold! It is truly amazing!

Renegade was my first champ. He won the belt by overcoming the field in a 2087 full roster, sing elimination tournament. Since then, he has consistently remained in the top 10 of my rankings. How does that happen!?!

Spike and Bishop Hell did well for me. Animen 2088 went like 10-2 winning IP and GWF Tag titles. They are over achievers cause they always seemed to one up The Gladiators until 2089

The Creeper went from a curtain jerker to a superstar in my fed, kinda like a Mick Foley. Never won the gold but became mega popular in feuds against major heels.

There's a reason Colossus and Vyper have been the main stars of my GWF for years.
Colossus won and lost matches, but he remained at the top from his debut until he left following the CPC storyline. When he turned heel (as champ), he went having back-and-forth matches to one-sided curb-stomps (with the very guys that he used to have back-and-forth matches with!). Genocide? Beaten bloody. Pegasus? Hair nearly ripped out and head nearly ripped off. Overkill? Crushed like a bug. Vengeance (whom I turned anti-hero and spent 3 months pushing in my biggest ppv of the year)? Absolutely obliterated in just over a minute!
Two weeks later, I gave up and just had Colossus defend his title at random. Who was up next? Vyper, who had held the Heavy Metal Title for 5 game years. 20 minutes later, Vyper replaced Colossus and begain defeating everyone in his path. Every match had Vyper taking a beating, but coming back and beating the odds. Mandrill, Chaos, Malice . . . all went down.
When I restarted my fed around Takevoer, Vyper was struggling, having great matches with Blazing Skull but not doing too much. Then he met Mensar (Who had recently defended his title in slaughters against Max Sheil and Mandrill) for the belt. 20 minutes later, and Vyper continued just where he left off.
Colossus holds the record for longest time at the top of the GWF (I don't remember the exact years but it was basically from his debut until the end of CPC).
Vyper holds the record for holding the HM Title for 5 years and for holding the Galaxian Title Twice, but having never been beaten for it either time (The first time, he was forced to vacate it during the Centra storyline. The second was when he retired).

Nes Kincaid and Swarm have overcome some odds for sure. Kincaid went 18-0 in a tournament I held in my aCe fed some months back and Swarm has three straight 'clean' victories over Monolith and one of those was for the Galaxian Championship.

Today, PANTHER WARRIOR (back-to-back Wrestler of the Year in singles in a fed that includes MONOLITH, SLY, THE GLADS, WOLF, etc.) in the GWF, and NEUROMANCER in aCe are far more successful than they have any real business being.
Back in the day, SKINHEAD (again singles) and PULSAR filled that role with amazingly well.
