Plus we want to have something to release later this year! Does that mean we'll be getting yet another LOW set this year? I figured we'd get LOTF 3 and that'd be it. But another LOW set would definitely have me interested...more-so than the online game. However that's mostly because my internet isn't fast enough to support the online game right now. I'm pretty sure he's talking about having something else to release for online later this year. Although a new card set isn't likely until late 2010 probably in Dec. again.

It sounds like we'll have to purchase card sets. Is that in addition to a subscription cost? And, in general, what ballpark are we talking about? Are we going to get "double-charged" to have the online cards AND the cardstock? Or will we get a break on one or the other? The way it currently works is that there's no monthly fee, you just have to buy the sets. The sets are separately from the cardstock ones, and cost about the same. I obviously have no idea if LegendsOnline will be the same or not, but I would think that would be the logical assumption.

It's going to work slightly different from classic COTG stuff but how exactly is still unknown.

Legends online will be the end of LOW as we know it. No more cards or anything. Everybody has waisted thier money buying the cards when they will all be online now. I should have waited. Can you tell I am the only one who seems to think this is a bad idea.

Can you tell I am the only one who seems to think this is a bad idea. I'm pretty sure that's a bit of an overreaction. My only concern is that they'll have 'online only' wrestlers available. Now, if they actually got the game table to work so that you could play with another person online, and they keep the price reasonable, it could really be something.

If Tom ever stops making cards he will LOSE most of his business. I don't mind as long as there open in both forms, I don't like the incentives for one or the other.

Agreed on the LOSS of business and agreed on incentives if so make some for all so it's down the middle and make all of us happy, I think what made Filsinger Games great was it being the most unique game company around and yes it still is but it has lost a little of the snap, other then that I still support FG but would hope that the cardstock side of the company is still a option like it always has been...

Amen. Cardstock is what I love.

Can you tell I am the only one who seems to think this is a bad idea. I'd agree with this only if Legends was completely online with no more actual cardstock wrestlers. However, I doubt that'll happen, or rather it hope it doesn't. If wrestlers are still available on and offline, I'm good with it though. Although I also don't like that certain wrestlers will only be available online; I'm hoping they'll be available later as actual cards.
