*Omega, still at home in Cetus, receives a package in the mail. It is in SSF packaging and is listed as being from "Ares Castagnoli". Omega laughs when he sees the name*
"Oh Morpheus, what have you sent me? Surely you don't mean to kill me now.."
*Someone tentatively, Omega opens the package. It does not go boom. Instead it appears to be a rather large number of mid-century holodiscs. Attached is a note*
"Dear Old Friend,
You seemed rather depressed the other night, so I thought I would send you a gift to cheer you up. I know you were never too big on 20th and early 21st century wrestling, but during the early years of the ban, a good of displaced fans created a pseudo-league based on guys from that period. They used some of the holovision technology from 2050 and 'ran' it like one of the 'territories' of that era. They even recorded them like they were 'television' shows and big arena events, just like in those days. Anyway, it took me YEARS to collect the whole set of holodiscs, and you may have guessed that that is what you now hold in your hand. It was my most cherished possession, and helped me through my hard times. I hope it does the same for you. I think you'll enjoy them. Wrestling was so much less complicated then.
Enjoy, and best wishes,
-M"
*With that, Omega pulls out the disc labled "1" and inserts it into his antique holodisc player.....*

Disc 1
Welcome everyone to North Atlantic Wrestling! Before we go further, let's show you some highlights of last week's big event at Toronto's SkyDome:
*Highlights are shown of the Rock N Roll Express' night, first being attacked by the North Atlantic Tag Team Champions, the Road Warriors. Then they barely made it out to the ring for their World Tag Team Championship match with the Midnight Express. They came back to nearly win the match before Jim Cornette hit Morton with the tennis racket and gave the win to the retaining Midnights.
Bobby Heenan finally showed his true anti-North American colors, turning against King Kong Bundy in his match with Nikolai Volkoff. Volkoff was joined in the ring by Giant Baba, Tiger Mask and Rikidozan, forming Bobby Heenan's new stable.
Finally, the last highlight showed Harley Race defending the North Atlantic Championship against Ed "Strangler" Lewis in a classic battle.*
Right now, we are joined by the tragically unsuccessful challengers for the World Tag Team Championship, the Rock N Roll Express! Ricky, Robert, welcome!
Morton: Normally we like to come out here rock and rollin, but we have something to say, tell 'em Robert.
Gibson: Well that's right, Ricky. Cornette, Midnights, we know you took your belts and ran home to the midwest. We'll be back after you soon enough. But it seems, don't it, that we got a bit of a problem in our backyard. Road Warriors, don't know what that was all about in Toronto, but now we're coming after you and your belts! In a few weeks, at the Spectrum in Philly, we're putting out the challenge now. We want your belts, or can you only jump us from....oh what do YOU want, Heenan?
*Bobby Heenan interrupts with Tiger Mask and Giant Baba.*
Heenan: Listen you little punks, Heenan International isn't going to listen to you out here whining "Oh, poor Ricky and Robert, the Road Warriors hurt us....wah wah. We've got a match with you, so don't be looking to far ahead. You are about to be a Rock Stain on the mat!"
Match 1: Rock N Roll Express vs Giant Baba & Tiger Mask
The teams went back and forth, with Morton and Gibson doing a good job of chopping down the Japanese Giant when he was in the ring. As Tiger Mask was distracting the ref, Heenan tried to hit Morton with a pair of brass knuckles, but Morton grabbed them! He turned around and hit Baba with them, but by then the referee saw him do it, and was disqualified!
Winners: Tiger Mask & Giant Baba via disqualification
*Bobby Heenan goes over to the interview area, out of breath*
Heenan: Did you see, did you see? Those rotten punks cheated! Rock and Pukes, go challenge the Road Warriors, I dare you. If by some miracle, they don't destroy you, we'll be waiting for you!
(Finally catching his breath) Now, onto better things. Magnum T.A., do you really think you can beat the big russian? Look at what Nikolai did to that ungrateful Bundy? He destroyed him all by himself! Now later today, you really think you can beat him and be the #1 contender to the North Atlantic Championship? Are you kidding? Volkoff will crush you, and then Heenan International is coming after you and your title Race. Now if you humanoids will excuse me, Heenan International has some business to discuss.
We'll be right back with out next match
Match 2: The Destroyer vs George "The Animal" Steele
After The Destroyer had the early offense, Steele chewed open a turnbuckle and stuffed the stuffing in Destroyer's face. This seemed to throw Destroyer off of his game, and highly confused him. Steele was able to take advantage and nearly submitted him with the Flying Hammerlock. Destroyer finally took back over on offense, but hesitated charging into Steele in the turnbuckle. This hesitation allowed Steele to get out of the way, and he quickly pinned Destroyer for a rather embarrassing loss!
Winner: George Steele via pinfall
Match 3: Ed "Stranger" Lewis vs Gorgeous George
Lewis looked focused, after his North Atlantic title loss to Race, and made fairly quick work of George, submitting him with Strangler's Headlock.
Winner: Strangler Lewis with Strangler's Headlock
We're here with the winner, "Strangler" Lewis. Mr. Lewis, comments on your match with Race.
Lewis: Harley, congratulations, you got the best of me in Toronto. It will not happen again. Now I have to wait my turn. I intend to make it soon. I will prove that I am the best wrestler in NAW. And don't think I forgot about you and your World Heavyweight Championship, Bockwinkle. I intend on beating you too.
Thank you Mr. Lewis, strong words for the wrestlers here in NAW, and for the World Champion Nick Bockwinkle. Now it is time for our main event, to determine the new #1 contender for the North Atlantic Championship. Let's go to the ring!
Main Event - #1 Contender to the North Atlantic Championship: Magnum T.A. vs Nikolai Volkoff
After just a few minutes, Magnum surprised Volkoff with his Belly-to-Belly Suplex, but was only able to get a 2 count. Magnum then dropkicked Volkoff out of the ring. Volkoff looked to have enough, and was counted out! As Magnum was celebrating, Rikidozan came down to help his stablemate, and they attacked Magnum 2-on-1 as the show ended..
Winner: Magnum T.A. via countout

Welcome again to NAW TV. Before we go on, let's take a look at the ending of last week's show and show you what happened when we went off the air
*We go back to T.A. winning via countout over Volkoff, followed by the 2-on-1 attack by Rikidozan and Volkoff. After a couple of minutes, S.D. Jones comes out to help even the odds, as Heenan International retreats to the back*
So S.D. Jones comes to the aid of the North Atlantic #1 Contender. Here with me is the head of Heenan International, Bobby Heenan, and Rikidozan
Heenan (laughing): Oh boy! You really have no idea what you have gotten yourself into do you Jones. What does S.D. stand for? Stupid Dingbat? This man *pointing to Rikidozan* is a LEGEND. He isn't just a famous wrestler in Japan. He IS wrestling there. Dingbat, after today's match, they will call you Simply Destroyed. C'mon, let's get this over with.
Match 1: S.D. Jones vs Rikidozan
Heenan was, unfortunately, quite right about the match. Jones really had no chance as Rikidozan quickly defeated him, finishing him off after some Thunderous Chops.
Winner: Rikidozan via pinfall
*As Heenan and Rikidozan were celebrating, King Kong Bundy showed up which caused Heenan to freak out and run to the back with Rikidozan. Bundy goes over to the interview area*
Bundy: HEENAN! YOU THOUGHT YOU COULD DESTROY ME? YOU WERE WRONG! NOW BUNDY IS BACK! AND I WILL DESTROY YOU!
We'll be back after this commercial break
*A commercial plays for the big show at the Philadelphia Spectrum in 3 weeks. Announced as official matches are:
North Atlantic Championship: Harley Race (c) vs Magnum TA North Atlantic Tag Team Championship: Road Warriors (c) vs Rock N Roll Express*
Welcome back, we have a fantastic rest of the show, with both the North Atlantic Champion Harley Race and North Atlantic Tag Team Champions The Road Warriors with Paul Ellering in non-title action. Now, we see the return to action of King Kong Bundy. Let's go to the ring!
Match 2: King Kong Bundy vs Justin Credible
Bundy quickly hit the Avalanche on Credible, and looked to have the match won, when Heenan and Volkoff came out to distract him. Bundy got off of Credible, and Credible grabbed a Singapore Cane and hit Bundy from behind with it for the disqualification. The Cane shot didn't really phase Bundy, and Credible quickly ran to the back as Bundy chased him.
Winner: King Kong Bundy via disqualification
*After a few moments, Bundy came back out for an interview*
Bundy: Heenan! I will crush you! And I think I know just how to do it! Magnum TA, this message is for you. You and I haven't always agreed, but I know you have your title match coming up. Don't worry about Heenan and his gang. S.D. is a decent athlete, but he doesn't have the firepower you need. I do. I'll have your back, and if you beat Race, you give me a shot! What do you say? Next week, you and I versus Heenan's goons, Volkoff and Rikidozan.
*Magnum comes out and, after a staredown for a few seconds, shakes Bundy's hand. Magnum addresses the TV camera*
Magnum: Bundy, you are right, we have never really been friends. But the enemy of my enemy is, well, at least a partner. Next week, Heenan, the big man here, and I will beat your boys. And then I go after you Race. And Bundy, after all that, if you still want a shot...YOU GOT IT!
Match 3 - Non-title Match: North Atlantic Champion Harley Race vs Al Snow
Race started on offense, causing a great deal of pain with an Indian Death Lock. Snow actually came back, and looked to have things going his way, until Race, ever the pro, caught him in a small package for the three count.
Winner: Harley Race via pinfall
Fans, we're here with the North Atlantic Champion Harley Race, that was a tough match, but your next title defense might be even tougher, against Magnum T.A. in Philadelphia! Any comments?
Race: First of all, Al Snow isn't fit to lace my boots! He got a little lucky, but by the end I showed him why I hold this *holding up the North Atlantic belt*, and he just pals around with that ruffian Justin Credible. Now Magnum, you seem to be a bit distracted with Bobby Heenan recently. Listen to your new friend, Bundy. Don't be. Because you will have to be at your very best my friend, in order to beat me. Or else, I will destroy you, just like everyone else. In Philadelphia Magnum, you will face your destiny. Don't forget that.
Strong words from our North Atlantic champion. We'll be back with our main event, right after this!
Main Event - Non-title Match: North Atlantic Tag Team Champion Road Warriors vs The Fabulous Kangeroos
The champs had a bit of a problem with the speed and agility of the Kangeroos, but Animal caught Heffernan with a powerslam, and the Road Warriors followed it up with the Doomsday Device for the win.
Winners: Road Warriors via pinfall
Now I'm joined by Paul Ellering and his men, the North Atlantic Tag Team Champions Animal and Hawk, the Road Warriors
Animal: Ricky, Robby, I hope you were watching that. That is what is going to happen to you in Philadelphia. Tell 'em Hawk.
Hawk: Welllllll, Rock N Roll Express. In Philly, We're gonna rock your heads together and roll your spines around the ring after we rip them out of yoru stinking backs! OHHHHH WHAT A RUSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHH!!
Ellering: You know, Philadelphia is our kind of town. We like beating people up, and they like it when people get beat up! Morton, Gibson, I hope you have your insurance paid up. Because if you think what we did to you in Toronto was bad...you ain't seen nothing yet. Let's go boys!
Well, that was an exciting hour of action. Please join us again next week, when in the main event, Magnum T.A. and King Kong Bundy will take on the Heenan International team of Rikidozan and Nikolai Volkoff. Good night!

Welcome to this weeks episode of NAW Wrestling! This week we will see many of the stars of NAW in action, including Al Snow & Justin Credible, the Hardcore Heroes! Bobby Heenan's Heenan International is here in full force. We'll also see members of 2 great tag teams, Al Costello and Ricky Morton! What could be a classic match between Strangler Lewis and The Destroyer. And in the main event grudge match, the newly-formed alliance of Magnum T.A. and King Kong Bundy will take on Heenan International's team of Nikolai Volkoff and Rikidozan. Let's go to the ring!
Match 1: Hardcore Heroes vs Giant Baba & Tiger Mask
Heenan's Japanese team quickly took apart the Hardcore duo, with Tiger Mask pinning Al Snow after a jumping spin kick.
Winners: Giant Baba & Tiger Mask via pinfall
And now we are joined by the man himself, Bobby Heenan. That was a very impressive win, Mr. Heenan....
Heenan (laughing): Of course it was an impressive win, you humanoid, what else would you expect? Heenan International is the greatest force in the world, and soon we will have all the gold. And that means you too, Bockwinkle. And Jim Cornette, don't think your Midnight Express is safe either. We will not be stopped. Now if you'll excuse me, I have other matters to attend to. Magnum, don't worry about Race. Worry about surviving the night!
We'll be right back with more NAW action!
*A commerical airs for the Philadelphia event in 2 weeks, and it is announced that another match was added:
Return Grudge Match: King Kong Bundy vs Nikolai Volkoff (w/ Bobby Heenan)
This is added to the two title matches advertised: North Atlantic Championship: Harley Race (c) vs Magnum T.A. North Atlantic Tag Team Championship: Road Warriors (c, w/ Paul Ellering) vs Rock N Roll Express*
Match 2: Al Costello vs Ricky Morton
The two popular tag wrestlers shake hands before the match. This was a good scientific match, with both men getting near falls, before Costello hit Morton with a series of vicious forearm smashes and pinned him for the win. The Road Warriors came out to bully both men, but they teamed up to fend off Hawk and Animal. They shook hands again and raised each others hands as the fans cheered.
Winner: Al Costello via pinfall
Match 3: "Strangler" Lewis vs The Destroyer
The Destroyer was embarrassed recently by George Steele, and wanted to make amends against the always tough Strangler Lewis. Lewis, for his part, was trying to get back into contention after his loss to Race in Toronto. Lewis kept after Destroyer with his headlock, but Destroyer reversed, and hit a sensational suplex to score a small upset win!
Winner: The Destroyer via pinfall
*The Destroyer came over to the interview area*
Destroyer: I not one to yell and scream and holler like some people here. But I have something to say. That no good, George Steele embarrassed me 2 weeks ago. In Philadelphia, I'm asking the promoters to sanction a rematch. I want Steele! I want to show him was a real wrestler is, not some "Animal".
Well there you have it fans, The Destroyer wants George Steele in Philadelphia! Will the promoters make it happen? Stay tuned to find out! Also, I've just been handed this note, and it is BIG! Next week, right here in the main event just one week before Philadelphia, the North Atlantic Tag Team Champion Road Warriors and the North Atlantic Champion Harley Race will TEAM TOGETHER to take on Magnum T.A. and The Rock N Roll Express! What a match that will be! Who will take the momentum into Philly? Find out next week! We'll be right back
*A commercial for the Philly event comes on and it was just announced that The Destroyer's challenge was "accepted" by George Steele. Or at least, the match was going to happen there.*
And we are back with more NAW action! It is main event time, and this match has been building for a while. #1 contender to the North Atlantic title Magnum T.A. has the small matter of Heenan International to deal with first. He has help though, in the man that Heenan turned on King Kong Bundy. Let's go to the ring!
Main Event: Magnum T.A. & King Kong Bundy vs Nikolai Volkoff & Rikidozan
Heenan's team managed to deal with Bundy, but he showed great heart by kicking out of pins by both Rikidozan and Volkoff. Finally, he managed to tag in Magnum, and he went to work on both opponents. He then hit Volkoff with a running forearm to score the pin and the win!
Winner: Magnum T.A. & King Kong Bundy via pinfall
After the match, the rest of Heenan International came down to attack, but Magnum and Bundy both escaped before too much damage could be done as Heenan had a fit in the ring. The show faded to black with Heenan screaming to the crowd and the crowd laughing at him.

We are just a few days away from the big event in Philadelphia and there are still a small number of tickets available. Before all that, however, we still have some great action this week. The big match is the teaming of all the North Atlantic Champions, The Road Warriors and Harley Race. They will take on their challengers in Philadelphia, Magnum T.A. and The Rock N Roll Express. Let's go to the ring for our first match
Match 1: S.D. Jones vs George Steele
These two tough brawlers fought each other tooth and nail. They battled all over ringside, but eventually Steele locked in the Flying Hammerlock to score the submission win
Winner: George Steele via submission
Match 2: Al Snow vs Gorgeous George
George dominated Snow in this match, and Snow became very frustrated. After escaping a figure 4 leglock, Snow simply left the ring and walked back to the locker room with Head, earning a countout loss!
Winner: Gorgeous George via countout
That was an odd ending. Al, Al *trying to get Snow's attention, but Snow just walked away* I guess Al Snow has nothing to say! We'll be right back with more action!
*A commercial played for the big event in Philadelphia in a few days. Another match for the card were decided and the card now reads as follows:
S.D. Jones & "Strangler" Lewis vs Tiger Mask & Giant Baba (w/ Bobby Heenan) The Destroyer vs George Steele Return Grudge Match: King Kong Bundy vs Nikolai Volkoff (w/ Bobby Heenan) North Atlantic Tag Team Championship: Road Warriors (c, w/Paul Ellering) vs Rock N Roll Express North Atlantic Championship: Harley Race (c) vs Magnum T.A. *
That will be quite an event! Get your tickets now! Let's go to the ring for our next match:
Match 3: Roy Heffernan vs Justin Credible
This was an even matchup, with lots of near falls. Heffernan was able to avoid the Cane shot, but couldn't avoid a superkick for the pin and the win. After the match, Snow came out to double team Heffernan, but Al Costello came out to save his partner, and drive the Hardcore duo away, but not before they hit Credible with the Boomerang to the delight of the fans!
Winner: Justin Credible via pinfall
With the Kangaroos celebrating in the ring, we will take a break and be back with our very special main event!
Main Event: North Atlantic Tag Team Champion The Road Warriors & North Atlantic Champion Harley Race vs Rock N Roll Express & Magnum T.A.
This quickly degenerated into a 6 man brawl with Morton and Race as the legal men in the ring. Morton took Race outside and whipped him into the ring post, and choked him with the microphone cord to get disqualified. The bell ringing didn't stop the 6 men from brawling and the show ended with them still fighting in the ringside area.
Winners: Road Warriors & Harley Race via disqualificaton
*Right after the show went off the air, the commercial for the final card in Philadelphia was shown:
S.D. Jones & Strangler Lewis vs Tiger Mask & Giant Baba (w/ Bobby Heenan) Gorgeous George vs Rikidozan (w/ Bobby Heenan) The Fabulous Kangaroos vs Hardcore Heroes The Destroyer vs George Steele Return Grudge Match: King Kong Bundy vs Nikolai Volkoff (w/Bobby Heenan) North Atlantic Tag Team Championship: Road Warriors (c, w/ Paul Ellering) vs Rock N Roll Express North Atlantic Championship: Harley Race (c) vs Magnum T.A.

Philadelphia Event Philadelphia Spectrum
Match 1: S.D. Jones & "Strangler" Lewis vs Giant Baba & Tiger Mask (w/ Bobby Heenan)
S.D. started out with Tiger Mask. After a right hand, Tiger Mask rolled up Jones for a 2, quickly tagged out to Baba who hit him with the Neckbreaker Drop for the 3 count for Heenan International!
Winners: Giant Baba & Tiger Mask via pinfall
Match 2: Gorgeous George vs Rikidozan (w/ Bobby Heenan)
Heenan looked to make it 2-for-2 as his Rikidozan took on Gorgeous George. After a long back-and-forth match (which included Rikidozan powering out of the spinning toe hold) Rikidozan hit a scoop slam on George for the pin. Egged on by Heenan, Rikidozan destroyed George with some Thunderous Chops until George passes out, and needed to be carried out on a stretcher.
Winner: Rikidozan via pinfall
Match 3: The Fabulous Kangaroos vs The Hardcore Heroes
This match was made at the last TV show when both teams brawled after a match involving Heffernan and Credible. The Kangaroos absolutely dominated this one, Heffernan pinned Al Snow after a chokeslam in near record time!
Winners: The Fabulous Kangaroos via pinfall
Match 4: The Destroyer vs George Steele
This match came about because George Steele upset The Destroyer on television a few weeks ago after using his usual strange tactics. The Destroyer finds (like many of the fans) Steele to be an evil animal who needs to be taught a wrestling lesson. The Destroyer started hot again, and Steele went to the turnbuckle to try to turn the match. This time, The Destroyer was ready, and after a good scientific display, put away Steele with the Figure Four Leglock to score the win, and some measure of self-respect and revenge!
Winner: The Destroyer via submission
Match 5 - Return Grudge Match: King Kong Bundy vs Nikolai Volkoff (w/ Bobby Heenan)
This was a return match from Toronto, when Bobby Heenan turned on Bundy and joined Volkoff, leading to a Bundy loss and beating. Bundy is now looking for revenge and starts with Volkoff. Amazingly, the powerful Volkoff lifted Bundy up for the Backbreaker Drop and scored the win to give Heenan International a perfect night!
Winner: Nikolai VOlkoff via pinfall
Semi-Main Event - North Atlantic Tag Team Championship: Road Warriors (c, w/ Paul Ellering) vs Rock N Roll Express. This was a hard hitting match from the start, with the Express trying to win the titles quickly, using their speed and quick tags to keep the Road Warriors off balance. The Road Warriors came back, howver, and were able to overpower the smaller men at other times. The end came when the teams were battling outside the ring, and with Animal distracting the referee, Ellering grabbed Gibson's leg and the Express were counted out! The Express were cheated out of a title yet again by a manager!
Winners: Road Warriors via countout
Main Event - North Atlantic Championship Match: Harley Race (c) vs Magnum T.A.
The popular Magnum had won the #1 contenders spot by beating Heenan International's Nikolai Volkoff and thinks he can dethrone the red-hot champion Race. T.A. quickly hit the belly-to-belly suplex on a stunned Race, but Race managed to kick out at 2. Race shook off the cobwebs, and hit Magnum with a back suplex for a 2.5 count. Race later threw Magnum out of the ring, and seemed to make a fatal mistake by missing a diving headbutt on the floor! T.A. quickly threw him back in the ring and hit another belly-to-belly.....BUT RACE KICKED OUT AGAIN AT 2.9! T.A. then hit Race with a superplex and ANOTHER belly-to-belly for another 2.9. T.A. was getting frustrated at his inability to put the champion away! As Magnum was setting up for another belly-to-belly, Race ducked behind hit a back suplex and pinned the stunned Magnum to retain the title! An amazing match, and both men deserved the standing ovation they received. But the title stayed with the champ.....
Winner: Harley Race via pinfall

Disc 2
Welcome once again to North Atlantic Wrestling along the NAW TV network. This week, we have all the fall out from the big event in Philadelphia where both the Road Warriors and Harley Race retained their respective titles. We will hear from Bobby Heenan, who's Heenan International stable had a good night. We will update the condition of Gorgeous George, who was brutally attacked by Rikidozan after their match. Speaking of which, I see Bobby Heenan coming out...Mr. Heenan, any comments?
Heenan (laughing and celebrating with Heenan International): HA! I told all you humanoids that we would be the most dominant force in NAW. Garbage George, or whatever your name is, Rikidozan took you out single-handedly and you ran away. That big, dumb idiot Bundy, Volkoff showed you that he is the most powerful wrestler in the world. Giant Baba and Tiger Mask showed that they are one of the best tag teams here. But I am always looking to the future. I want to introduce one of my new business partners, Paul, come on out!
*Paul Ellering comes out with the North Atlantic Tag Team Champion Road Warriors and he shakes Heenan's hand*
Ellering: This man *points to Heenan* and I have a lot in common. We are the two smartest men in NAW, and now that we have joined forces, nothing can stop us!
Heenan: And next week our other partner, Jim Cornette, and the World Tag Team Champions will be here and now one will stand in our way! But to today. Stupid Dingbat Jones, some weeks ago you stuck your nose in my business. Now, as a sign of our new partnership, you will pay at the hands of this man: ANIMAL!
Match 1: North Atlantic Tag Team Champion Animal (w/ Paul Ellering) vs S.D. Jones
Animal made good on Heenan's boast, and quickly defeated Jones with a powerslam!
Winner: Animal via pinfall
We'll be back after these messages
*A commercial airs for the next big event in 4 weeks at the Boston Garden. Just announced, for the North Atlantic Championship, Harley Race defends against Rikidozan! Also, the World Tag Team Champions, The Midnight Express will be defending their titles!*
Welcome back, let's go to the ring for our next match!
Match 2: Ricky Morton vs George Steele
Morton, with uncharateristic fire, goes right after the monster Steele. The match goes back and forth for a while, with Morton slipping out of the flying hammerlock a couple of times. Morton then flew off the top rope with a cross-body block to pin Steele for the win!
Winner: Ricky Morton via pinfall
We're here with the victor, and that's the first time we have said that about this gentleman in a while, Ricky Morton!
Morton: My main man Robert is back home taking care of some Rock N Roll business, but George Steele, you got a taste of what we can do! Now a little birdie told me that our old friends Jim Cornette and the Midnight Express are coming back this way next week. Well fellas, we've been in, well, not the best we've been lately. So we're not asking for a title shot. But we do want a match. We want to get back up the ladder and there is no better way than to go after you. So next week: the Battle of the Express, rematch. Right here! See you then.
WOW, so the challenge has been issues, and word is that the North Atlantic matchmakers are currently trying to make it for next week, right here! Now let's go to the ring for some tag team action this week!
Match 3: Hardcore Heroes vs The Destroyer & "Strangler" Lewis
This battle of contrasting styles was decided by the superior teamwork of the Hardcore Heroes. They seperated The Destroyer from Lewis, and both Snow and Credible hit their finishers on him. Credible pinned him after the That's Incredible for the win.
Winners: Hardcore Heroes via pinfall
Before our main event, we want to update you on the condition of Gorgeous George. First, let's go back to Philadelphia and see what Rikidozan did.
*Highlights show Rikidozan attacking George after the match and George beign carried out on a stretcher*
Gorgeous George was taken to the hospital with a crushed windpipe, and will likely be out for a few months. He was scheduled to wrestle Nikolai Volkoff today. He is currently in the ring with Bobby Heenan
Heenan: So Gorgeous George has a sore throat and can't wrestle. Aw, that's too bad. Well my man is here, and he challenges anyone to come down and try to match strength with him!
*After a minute of no one coming out, Heenan starts taunting the crowd until BUFF BAGWELL comes down to take up the challenge*
Main Event: Nikolai volkoff (w/ Bobby Heenan) vs Buff Bagwell
Bagwell used his superior quickness to control the early parts of the match. Volkoff tried to use his power advantage, but Bagwell surprised him with the Buff Blockbuster to score the upset win! Bagwell celebrated in the ring while an angry Heenan and Volkoff stormed around ringside as the show ended...
Winner: Buff Bagwell via pinfall

Hello fans, and welcome to a big week on the North Atlantic Television Network! We have a star-studded week of wrestling action featuring the North Atlantic Champion Harley Race and the World Tag Team Champions the Midnight Express with their manager, Jim Cornette! We hope to get comments from Cornette on the alliance he has apparently formed with NAW's own Bobby Heenan and Paul Ellering. Let's go to the ring for our first match!
Match 1: Magnum T.A. vs Tiger Mask (w/ Bobby Heenan)
Recently more used to teaming up with Baba, Tiger Mask had trouble readjusting to the singles scene. Magnum was able to hit the Belly-to-Belly suplex to score the win. Giant Baba then came out, but before any damage could be done, King Kong Bundy also arrived and so they went immediately to the next scheduled match.
Winner: Magnum T.A. via pinfall
Match 2: King Kong Bundy vs Giant Baba (w/ Bobby Heenan)
Bundy controlled much of the match, but couldn't put away the Japanese Giant. After being distracted by Heenan, Baba hit the Baba Chop and followed it up with a Neckbreaker Drop for the pin and the win!
Winner: Giant Baba via pinfall
We are joined by the winner Giant Baba, and his manager Bobby Heenan. Mr. Heenan, Baba looked good today, and it was announced last week that in Boston Rikidozan will challenge Harley Race for the North Atlantic Title. Things are going well for you, but where is Ellering and Cornette?
Heenan: Don't worry about Ellering. He is warming up Hawk for his match against Race. Call it some advanced scouting *laughs*. And my good, dearest, close, personal friend Jim Cornette should....
*Jim Cornette and the Midnight Express came out with the World Tag Team Titles. Cornette looks at Heenan, and takes the interview microphone*
Cornette: Last time we were here in the northeast, those pretty boys, the Rock N Roll Express found out that they couldn't beat us. And now they're whining that they want another chance at the greatest tag team in the World. Well boys, get ready, because you get your rematch tonight! Now, Bobby Heenan...wait don't go away yet. Heenan, who in the blue hell do you think you are? I don't need you, and I sure don't need that clown Paul Ellering. We're the world tag team champions! And we don't take orders from anyone. So you can take your offer, and shove it where the sun don't shine!
*Heenan looks shocked and throws a fit as Cornette and the Midnights leave the interview area*
Heenan (hysterical): Cornette! You don't know who you are, talking TO! Nobody embarrasses the Brain! You will...you will pay for this!
Wow, how about that wrestling fans, guess Heenan's plans have gone up in smoke! We'll be back with the North Atlantic Champion Harley Race after this
*A commercial plays for the big event at the Boston Gardens in 3 weeks, with the announced main event of Harley Race vs Rikidozan for the North Atlantic Championship*
Match 3: North Atlantic Champion Harley Race vs North Atlantic Tag Team Champion Hawk (w/ Paul Ellering)
Harley Race out-wrestled the powerful Hawk early on, and hit a diving headbutt on Hawk for a 2 count! After hitting a piledriver on Hawk, Ellering put Hawk's foot on the rope to avoid the 3 count! Race went after Ellering as Hawk recovered. As Race turned around, Hawk hit him with a flying clothesline to score the upset win over the champ!
Winner: Hawk via pinfall
A shocking upset! Hawk pins the North Atlantic Champion! Now it's time for our main event tag team match.
Main Event: World Tag Team Champions The Midnight Express (w/ Jim Cornette) vs Rock N Roll Express
This was a fantastic tag team match that featured lots of quick tags and double team moves. Ricky Morton kicked out of the Rocket Launcher and tagged in Robert Gibson! Bobby Eaton then threw Gibson out of the ring and Bobby Heenan came down to the ring distracted the referee as Tiger Mask and Giant Baba attacked Robert Gibson. The referee didn't see the attack and counted out Gibson. Cornette, usually one to take a victory any way he can, was annoyed with Heenan and argued with him, backed up by the Midnights. Tiger Mask and Baba then entered the ring and attacked the Midnights! The Midnights battled with them and started to get the better of the Japanese team when Volkoff and Rikidozan came down to attack. The Rock N Roll Express recovered and actually HELPED THE MIDNIGHTS! The unlikely alliance battled back and forth with Heenan International, until Paul Ellering and the Road Warriors attacked the Expresses. This brought out the Kangaroos to even the odds once again and a big 12 man brawl happened all over ringside as the show ended!
Winners: Midnight Express via countout

Welcome fans to this week's show. Before we get to this week's action, let's take you back to the wild ending of last week's show
*Highlights are shown of the wild 12-man brawl between Heenan International with The Road Warriors against the Midnight Express, Rock N Roll Express and The Kangaroos.*
The NAW promoters have been working on this issue all week, and now 2 more title matches have been signed for Boston. For the World Tag Team Championship, The Midnight Express will face Giant Baba and Tiger Mask. In addition, for the North Atlantic Tag Team Championship, the Road Warriors will face The Kangaroos. And this week on television, in the main event, a match that no one would ever have expected will take place as we will see an 8-man tag team match. On one side, Heenan International. On the other, the unlikely group of the Midnight Express AND THE ROCK N ROLL EXPRESS!! What a big week we have for you! Let's go to the ring for our first match!
Match 1: Buff Bagwell vs George Steele
Bagwell was on offense for most of the match, but Steele turned the tide after shoving the turnbuckle stuffing into his face. He then hit Bagwell with a foreign object (while the referee was busy cleaning the ring) and pinned him.
Winner: George Steele via pinfall
We'll be back after this with a preview of Boston's North Atlantic Tag Team Title match, as Animal faces Roy Heffernan
*A commercial for the big event at the Boston Garden plays with the title matches announced: World Tag Team Title Match: Midnight Express (w/ Jim Cornette) vs Giant Baba & Tiger Mask (w/ Bobby Heenan) North Atlantic Title Match: Harley Race (c) vs Rikidozan (w/ Bobby Heenan) North Atlantic Tag Team Title Match: The Road Warriors (w/ Paul Ellering) vs The Kangaroos *
Welcome back to NAW, our participants in our next match are already in the ring!
Match 2: North Atlantic Tag Team Champion Animal (w/ Paul Ellering) vs Roy Heffernan
This was a classic match, Animal hit Heffernan with a series of powerslams, but could not put him away. Heffernan came back and hit a Kangaroo kick to score the upset win!
Winner: Roy Heffernan via pinfall
Match 3: Al Snow vs The Destroyer
The Destroyer wanted revenge against the guy he feels is a "disgrace" to "real wrestling" in the Hardcore Hero Al Snow. 2 weeks ago, Snow and his partner, Justin Credible defeated the team of The Destroyer and Strangler Lewis, using their double teaming tactics. The Destroyer knew he was the better man, one-on-one, and wanted to prove it. The Destroyer made his point, quickly defeating Snow, finishing him off with a sleeper hold!
Winner: The Destroyer via submission
Main Event - 8-man Tag Match: Midnight Express (w/ Jim Cornette) & Rock N Roll Express vs Heenan International (w/ Bobby Heenan)
This was a wild match that quickly disintegrated. The action was hard to follow as little brawls erupted all over ringside, but Ricky Morton hit Giant Baba with a chair which the referee saw and disqualified Morton! Nothing was settled though, there would be another day for that....
Winners: Heenan International via disqualification
With the "Expresses" on the offensive Heenan International escaped to the back as Cornette, Eaton, Lane, Morton and Gibson celebrated together(!) in the ring

Welcome fans along the NAW Network as we are just a few days away from the big event at the Boston Garden where there will be 3 title matches! NAW promoters have been finalizing the card, and we hope to have that for you by the end of this week's show. This week Harley Race requested a "warm-up" match for his big North Atlantic Title defense, and he personally chose someone he felt could really challenge him....Strangler Lewis! Also, Magnum T.A., King Kong Bundy and other great stars of NAW will be here as well. Right now we are joined by the World Tag Team Champions, The Midnight Express with their manager Jim Cornette.
Cornette: "All week, people have been asking me, and asking Stan and Bobby, 'I thought you hated the Rock N Roll Express, why are you buddies now?' The truth is, we still don't particularly like them. And they don't like us. But that's OK, because we respect them. We know where we stand with them. That is more than I can say about you Bobby Heenan. You are consumed with power. You are jealous of me, and my world champions, just like you are jealous of Ellering and his champions. The fact that Paul is a jackass, and doesn't see what you are doing is besides the point. Take a good look Heenan, this *pointing to the Midnights* is the best tag team in the world, and in Boston you will find out, first hand, why. Baba, Tiger Mask, you may be big and you may be fast. But we are better. Let's go."
Strong words from the manager of the World Tag Team Champions and their manager, Jim Cornette. Let's go to the ring for our first match!
Match 1: S.D. Jones vs King Kong Bundy
Jones tried hit Bundy with a punch and tried to come off the top rope on Bundy. Bundy caught him and slammed him down on the mat. He then hit the Avalanche and pinned him for a 5 count!
Winner: King Kong Bundy via pinfall.
Match 2: Justin Credible vs Magnum T.A.
Magnum made short work of one of the Hardcore Heroes, putting him away with a Belly-to-Belly Suplex.
Winner: Magnum T.A. via pinfall
We'll be back with Hawk vs Al Costello after these words!
*A commercial plays for the big Boston event, and the following additional matches are announced: Rock N Roll Express vs Hardcore Heroes Magnum T.A. vs Nikolai Volkoff (w/ Bobby Heenan) Strangler Lewis vs King Kong Bundy *
Welcome back, last week we say Roy Heffernan defeat Animal in a classic match. Can Al Costello continue the Kangaroos momentum heading into their big North Atlantic Tag Title match? Let's go to the ring to find out
Match 3: Al Costello vs North Atlantic Tag Team Champion Hawk (w/ Paul Ellering)
This was a brutal match, with both men hitting everything in their arsenal. Hawk kept slipping out of the Marble Bor Leglock, but after an Aussie Suplex, Costello finally hooked in the move and Ellering submitted for Hawk by throwing in the towel (perhaps saving him for the title defense?)
Winner: Al Costello via submission
Main Event - Non-Title Match: North Atlantic Champion Harley Race vs Strangler Lewis
Lewis tried wearing down Race with his headlock, but Race reversed into a suplex. He hit a flying headbutt, and followed with a piledriver, but only got a 2 count! Lewis then took over again, and clamped on a full nelson. Race slipped out, but Lewis clamped on his headlock, and Race was trapped and submitted! Strangler Lewis wins! Race got up and shook Lewis' hand and tells him that after he defends against Rikidozan, he'll make sure Lewis gets the next chance at the title!
Winner: Strangler Lewis via submission
What a main event! Has Race made a mistake with such a tough loss right before his big title defense? Or was it just the preparation he needed to meet the massive challenge? We are just a few days from Boston and finding out! As promised, here is the full card for this big event:
S.D. Jones vs George Steele Hardcore Heroes vs Rock N Roll Express Magnum T.A. vs Nikolai Volkoff (w/ Bobby Heenan) Strangler Lewis vs King Kong Bundy The Destroyer vs Buff Bagwell North Atlantic Tag Team Championship: Road Warriors (c, w/ Paul Ellering) vs The Kangaroos World Tag Team Championship: Midnight Express (c, w/ Jim Cornette) vs Giant Baba & Tiger Mask (w/ Bobby Heenan) North Atlantic Championship: Harley Race (c) vs Rikidozan (w/ Bobby Heenan)
