Match 1: S.D. Jones vs George Steele
S.D. dominated the bigger man hitting a few headbutts for 2-counts on Steele. Steele turned the match by using a foreign object on Jones, behind the referee's back. Steele attempted the flying hammerlock, but S.D. turned it around and hit Steele with a KO punch to score the win!
Winner: S.D. Jones via pinfall
Match 2: Rock N Roll Express vs Hardcore Heroes
The Rock N Roll Express finally broke their long losing streak, as first they kept Credible in the ring for a while, and then dominated Snow when he tagged in. Gibson put Snow away with a brainbuster for the win.
Winners: Rock N Roll Express via pinfall
Match 3: Magnum T.A. vs Nikolai Volkoff (w/ Bobby Heenan)
Bobby Heenan's big night started with Volkoff's match with old nemisis Magnum T.A. Magnum surprised Volkoff with a running forearm, and scored a quick 3 count, while Heenan was busy arguing with the fans!
Winner: Magnum T.A. with a running forearm
Match 4: Strangler Lewis vs King Kong Bundy
After his upset win in a non-title match against Harley Race, Lewis had the momentum. Bundy is in a bit of a lost place right now, abandonded by Heenan, his short partnership with Magnum seemingly over, he is directionless. Can a win over the Strangler put him back on track? Lewis had trouble early on with the much bigger man, but was able to finally get him to the mat. He then wore out Bundy with his headlock and finally submitted him.
Winner: Strangler Lewis via submission
Match 5: The Destroyer vs Buff Bagwell
A back and forth match saw both men hit their finishers, with Buff only getting a 2 count after the Buff Blockbuster, and slipping to the ropes while in The Destroyer's figure four. The Destroyer threw Bagwell out of the ring, and slammed him to the concrete! Bagwell was hurt and unable to get back into the ring in time!
Winner: The Destroyer via countout
Match 6 - North Atlantic Tag Team Championship Match: Road Warriors (c, w/ Paul Ellering) vs The Kangaroos
The Kangaroos have all the momentum, have defeated the Road Warriors in singles matches in the past few weeks on television. Could they repeat the feat in the tag team setting and take the North Atlantic titles? After both teams traded offense early, Hawk attempted a flying clothesline that missed. The Kangaroos then hit 2 Boomerangs on Hawk, but could only get a 2 count! Hawk finally made the tag to Animal who hit a powerslam on Costello for 2. The Road Warriors then nailed Costello with the Doomsday Device to score the win! Another successful title defense for the Road Warriors!
Winners: The Road Warrior via pinfall to retain the North Atlantic Tag Team Championship
Main Event #1 - World Tag Team Championship Match: Midnight Express (c, w/ Jim Cornette) vs Giant Baba & Tiger Mask (w/ Bobby Heenan)
The jealously that Bobby Heenan has for managers of champions is obvious. It is why he is so hell-bent on beating Cornette's team, once Cornette declined Heenan's offer of an alliance. This actually made the Midnights popular among most of the NAW fans, a rare situation indeed! The Japanese team concentrated on Bobby Eaton, nearly pinning him a few times. He made the hot tag to Stan Lane, who superkicked Baba, but right into his corner and Tiger Mask tagged in. Tiger Mask then used his superior speed to confuse Lane, and scored a 2 count with a Tiger Suplex. He tagged Baba back in who hit the Neckbreaker Drop to pin Lane and win the titles! Heenan celebrated with the World Tag Team titles as he (and his team) were booed out of the building!
Winners: Giant Baba & Tiger Mask via pinfall to win the World Tag Team Championship
Main Event #2 - North Atlantic Championship Match: Harley Race (c) vs Rikidozan (w/ Bobby Heenan)
Race started quickly, taking Rikidozan down and hitting a diving headbutt. He tried a vertical suplex but Rikidozan blocked it and hit Race with a hiplock for a 2 count, and then hit Race with thunderous body chops and pinned Race to win the North Atlantic championship! Bobby Heenan was ecstatic as he now had won both of the title matches on the card! The Boston Garden crowd booed Heenan International as they crowded the ring with their new titles!
Winner: Rikidozan via pinfall to win the North Atlantic Championship
