Okay, hopefully I can explain this clearly enough to make sense. 
In the StatTracker, if I create a custom roster and add in officially released LEGENDSOnline wrestlers. Then add some Non-Official Wrestlers for guys officially released on card stock, but not in LEGENDSOnline. For example, I create a Non-Official Wrestler listing for Hillbilly Jim but then he's released in the next Online set. How does that effect my stats? Is there a way to transfer Hillbilly Jim's wins from the Non-Official to the Official so that, say he wins a title, his picture shows up on my My Fed Home page?
The reason I'm asking is I'm thinking of a reboot to my LOW fed and I want to set it up the correct way so that as Official wrestlers are released they are integrated perfectly.
