On Saturday during Wrestlemania 26 weekend in Phoenix, I had the pleasure of meeting Knapik and sitting with him at the ROH show which to me was awesome because how much better can it get at an Indy show then sitting with the main card writer for LOTF? Knapik always has an open invitation to go to a PWG show with me, cman, and toasterboy !
Although Brian Kendrick is the only one of my LOW/LOTF signings who has been announced so far, I have some other great signings too. But Knapik is the guy who actually makes the LOTF cards come to life and it was great getting to talk to him about the game for a few hours at ROH.
Without giving away the name, at one point during the ROH show Knapik told me he liked a certain wrestler and wished he was in the game. At intermission, I actually saw this guy walking around and I was able to sign him up (although he was halfway through the form when suddenly the lights went dark for the start of the 2nd half of the show and this guy actually got on his hands and knees and turned his cell phone on for extra light to sign up! How cool is that? I'm personally happy and thankful to have him sign up! I think he'll be a great addition to our feds.)
