Steve Stanley is drawing LOTF 3. Very nice, VERY NICE INDEED. Wish he could go back and redo 1 and 2, his art is amazing. This is the best news. Didn't like the other stuff at all.

Yeah, I can see the different than the LOW edition take Dennis and I have no problem with it. I just didn't like the guy's art. But art isn't right or wrong, only subjective.

I wasn't crazy about the old LOTF art either. Stanley is the best LOW/LOTF artist we have had thus far. Glad to see him taking over LOTF.

Wooooo the Colony. That is so awesome. Man, a Pink Ant LE down the road would be great.
Someone needs to post a video of The Ants Go Marching triple team move.
This is turning into one Chikara-riffic set. Glad we finally have someone for Quack to tag with.

You know, I didn't mind the old first two sets art at all, but Stanley's is better. Personally I don't think a comparison to John Romita, Jr. is a positive thing, but that's just me. I've always found his figures squat and boxy. He does have good story and composition, but you can't really see that in a Legends card.
But since I got into Legends I've always found Stanley's at to be the standout and the measuring stick. Happy to have him back.
