Haven't tried upgrading Flash, do you think that might solve the problem? The other times the game table worked ok, then there would inexplicably be an error message that usually resulted in it shutting down. This time after I laid out the cards and made a few die rolls it slowed down so that it took something like three or four minutes to make a single die roll. I don't think that upgrading Flash can hurt, certainly. I'm not the primary programmer on the Game Table - I only work on the back end stuff that gets cards out to it - but I do know that I've played the GT on multiple XP installations and never seen a problem with it, so I'm puzzled as to why you're seeing this problem. I figure starting with a Flash upgrade and going from there is a good place to start.
