Empresa Mexicana de Lucha Libre (Mexican Wrestling Enterprise) Dark Matches
Harker Dirge def. Drake Younger by D.Q. The Psycho Shooter lost it early on in the match. Younger hit Dirge with every foreign object he could find at ringside and the bell rang. Naptown Dragons def. Northstar Express An absolute destruction of the Northstar Express. Dustin Lee and Scotty Vortekz were non-stop action and the Northstar Express took an incredible beating. (Corbin 3 coins, Cruz 5 coins). LUCHA LORDS #15 Creel, Mexico July 5, 2119, 2119 Owen Hart def. Rebelucha "The Rocket" Owen Hart returned to Mexico with a bang. The Rebelucha had the early momentum but things turned around on the outside. Hart went up top for the diving headbutt and scored the three count. The Rebelucha jumped Hart as he headed to the back and the two brawled to the locker room. Archibald Peck def. Mister X Archibald Peck bounced back from losing his debut match last week. He landed the Cranial Crescendo to beat Mister X. Tim Donst def. Koko B. Ware Donst almost duplicated his lightning fast win as in his debut last week. Koko put up a fight but Donst remained in control and went on to win with the SDT. The Cobra def. Ricky Landell A good cruiserweight matchup as the Cobra returns to Mexico. Landell did nothing in this but kicked out of the flying headbutt. The Cobra went on to win with a German suplex. Les Thatcher & Dewey Robertson def. The All Night Express A really good match with Rhett Titus and Kenny King looking better than they did last week in the tag team tournament. The veteran duo of Thatcher and Robertson seemed to stay in control most of the way, but this one was long and went back and forth. Thatcher pinned King coming off the ropes. In a repeat from last week, the Black Tiger and Devon Storm came into the ring to try and jump Thatcher and Robertson, but their targets saw them coming. Larry Sweeney def. Kenny Doane The leader of Sweet & Sour Inc. turned in a great match, as did Kenny Doane. This one was tremendous with tons of near falls and action on the floor. Sweeney won with the '68 Comeback Special (Sweeney 4 coins, Doane 4 coins). UltraMantis Black def. Green Ant This one started out pretty even but UltraMantis soon took charge. Green Ant again showed his toughness but UMB was relentless and won with the Praying Mantis Bomb. Black Tiger & Devon Storm def. Super Crazy & El Generico These four tore into each other after last week's post match attack by Black Tiger and Devon Storm. A great tag team battle saw Black Tiger repeatedly land various finishers on both opponents, but this one just kept on going and going. Black Tiger forced a submission out of Super Crazy (El Generico 4 coins, Super Crazy 3 coins). Team FIST def. The Colony, Mike Quackenbush & Jigsaw Atomicos action! Team FIST were being completely obliterated by all four opponents. Out of nowhere Icarus hit the Emerald Flosion and pinned Fire Ant. Brodie Lee, Timber & Dirty Ernie def. Konnan & Swiss Money Holding A spectacular trios match as the Roughnecks stood toe to toe with the Foreign Legion. This was an epic battle with tons of near falls and fighting on the floor. This one was actually controlled more by Brodie Lee's team. It was Brodie piledriving Konnan to score the big win (Konnan 2 coins, Ares 4 coins, Castagnoli 2 coins). Chris Hero & Delirious def. Eddie Kingston & JD Michaels Another awesome match as the feud between MWE champion Chris Hero escalates with Eddie Kingston. Delirious, current MWE Light-heavyweight champion, defeated JD Michaels for the NWA World Jr. heavyweight title 10 months ago. These four just kept going back and forth over and over, as Larry Sweeney watched from ringside. Kingston kicked out of the Rolling Elbow Smash by Hero, but a loaded pad and the Emerald Rolling Elbow put Kingston down for the pin (Kingston 3 coins, Hero 3 coins, Delirious 2 coins, Michaels 1 coin). Best 2/3 Falls MWE Tag Team Title Tournament Final
The Spectral Envoy def. The Throwbacks, 2-1 Non-stop is how the first fall went. Plenty of tags as Frightmare had a lot of offense going against Sugar Dunkerton. The teams kept tagging in and out but Hallowicked scored the pinfall on Dunkerton with a small package off the ropes. The Throwbacks stayed alive with great tags in the second fall. Dasher Hatfield hit the Grandslam on Hallowicked for the three count to even the match. Final fall was off the charts! Both teams nearly won the match. The Throwbacks ended up in trouble as Hallowicked three times in a row used the Graveyard Smash on Dunkerton. Hatfield was cut off twice and Sugar kicked out, but the third time he didn't and the Spectral Envoy are the new Mexican tag team champions!!! (Dunkerton 5 coins, Hatfield 5 coins)

Empresa Mexicana de Lucha Libre (Mexican Wrestling Enterprise) Dark Matches
Backseat Boyz def. American Ground & Air A nice back and forth tag team encounter. Nate Bash and Ben Sailer were looking good but a plancha by Trent Acid scored the poin on Bash. Tyler Black & Jimmy Jacobs def. The Headhunters A great match as the Headhunters welcomed themselves back to Mexico by storming to the ring through the crowd. This was a great back and forth match with lots of tags. The Headhunters couldn't hit a big move as Headhunter B missed his top rope splash twice. The end came when Headhunter A missed a dive to the floor and Tyler Black used the Paroxysm for the pin. LUCHA LORDS #16 Hermosillo, Mexico July 12, 2119 Crossbones def. Lash Leroux Not a real long match. Lash started out looking good but things turned around and a couple of Freakin' Sweet Drivers put him away. Drake Younger def. Harker Dirge These two got a spot on TV after their DQ result last week in a dark match. Younger dominated the action, but Dirge kept coming back. The Drake's Landing finished him off (Dirge 4 coins). Patriot III def. Benny Blades This is the second time a wrestler came out to say he is "trying out" for Konnan's Foreign Legion. This time it was Benny Blades from Northern Ireland. A couple weeks ago it the Belgian Brawler Dupae Rupa. For the second time in a row it was the Patriot III who opposed that challenger. Blades gave the Patriot a good match but the Patriot Splash ended the night for Blades. Again, Konnan wasn't seen anywhere watching the match. Mr. JL def. Pinkie Sanchez This turned into an excellent cruiserweight matchup. It was all Sanchez for a long time, but Mr. JL turned this into a highly competitive match. It was all back and forth with top rope and out of the ring moves. Mr. JL scored the win with a flying headscissors. Sanchez was irate and attacked JL after the match. Ricky Landell def. Tim Donst Another real good and competitive matchup. Things were pretty even but Landell's top rope fist drop handed Donst his first deafeat in MWE. Iron Mike DiBiase def. Archibald Peck Former Mexican Light-heavyweight champion Iron Mike DiBiase bounced back with a resounding victory over Archibald Peck. DiBiase easily countered every move and won with an abdominal stretch. Barking Spiders & Sam Hayne def. The Wild Samoans A crazy match here with a lot of controversy. The Spiders and Hayne were starting to hold their own against Afa Jr., Samu and Alofa. Sam Hayne unleashed Hell's Flames on Alofa, which caused all six men to come in the ring. Clutch was able to get the three count on Alofa following the melee with a neckbreaker. Osirian Portal def. Naptown Dragons A good win for the Egyptians coming off a tournament semifinal loss. The Dragons were alright for a little while then Vortekz was kept in the ring. Ophidian got the pin with the Duat Driver. Swiss Money Holding def. Timber & Dirty Ernie The Roughnecks have stepped up and taken the fight to Konnan's Foreign Legion. Timber and Dirty Ernie gave Claudio Castagnoli & Ares all they could handle. This was a very long and grueling match. Swiss Money Holding just could not put the match away. Finally Ares and Claudio hit the Doomsday Uppercut on Timber for the win (Timber 4 coins, Dirty Ernie 1 coin). Delirious & Larry Sweeney def. JD Michaels & Kenny Doane Eddie Kingston's men have done well in the fight against Sweet & Sour Inc. Michaels was the one caught in the ring for a long time. Delirious' Bizarro Driver and the 12 Large Elbow by Sweeney didn't put him away, but Sweeney did pick up the pin with the '68 Comeback Special. Brodie Lee def. Konnan by D.Q. A great match as the Big Rig really powered his way right over top of Konnan. The leader of the Foreign Legion was on the run and finally Swiss Money Holding came down to triple team Brodie which caused the bell to ring. (Konnan 4 coins). Eddie Kingston and Chris Hero ended in a Double D.Q. Intense is what this non-title matchup was. MWE heavyweight champion Chris Hero did have things going his way. But the two men nailed the referee in the corner and both combatants were disqualified.

Empresa Mexicana de Lucha Libre (Mexican Wrestling Enterprise) Dark Matches
Young Bucks def. Heartbreak Express A nice back and forth tag team match as these duos try to get a spot on the MWE roster. The Davis' were in charge for awhile, then it was the Jacksons. More Bang For Your Buck landed on Sean Davis for the pin. Headhunters def. Backseat Boyz This one turned into an awesome tag team match. The Boyz really looked good and Headhunter B found himself taking a ton of double finishers. Then it was Trent Acid on the receiving end of big moves from the Headhunters. A top rope splash from Headhunter B ended the match for Acid (Headhunter B 5 coins, Acid 4 coins). LUCHA LORDS #17 Nogales, Mexico July 19, 2119 The MWE announced a 16-team Trios championship tournament will take place all during the month of August. Lucha Lords will highlight those Trios teams the next two weeks prior to the first round of the tournament on Aug. 2. Iron Mike DiBiase, Les Thatcher & Dewey Robertson def. The Naptown Dragons A real good opening trios match. The Naptown Dragons looked good early but the veteran mat wrestlers took over and tagged in and out. Younger was cut off form his partners and a piledriver by DiBiase put him away. The Dragons continued the fight after the match. Black Tiger, Devon Storm & Rebelucha def. Lash Leroux, Owen Hart & Mr. JL Another exciting trios match. This was a long one with the rudos really controlling things. Lash Leroux was pummeled everytime in the ring. Owen and JL made tons of tags but didn't have much offense. Devon Storm scored the fall after a powerbomb on Leroux. Sam Hayne def. Alofa by D.Q. A brutal matchup after Alofa was hit with the fire by Hayne last week. The two went back and forth, in and out of the ring. The Samoans stormed the ring to attack Hayne and the bell rang. The Barking Spiders def. The Sons of Samoa An unbelievable tag team battle between these four. A very long match with a lot of action on the outside. The Spiders somehow ended up getting the win after Clutch used the neckbreaker on Samu. Team FIST def. Super Crazy, El Generico & The Cobra Another really good trios match. The tecnicos were on top most of the way. Team FIST got the upperhand against Super Crazy and Icarus beat him with a pedigree. The Throwbacks def. The Osirian Portal A great tag team encounter as the Throwbacks look to get a rematch for the tag team titles. They really put a hurting on Amasis, but Ophidian kept his team going. This one went back and forth but Amasis was worn down and Sugar Dunkerton finished him off with a knee-lift Uranage (Amasis 4 coins). Claudio Castagnoli def. Timber Timber, Dirty Ernie and Brodie Lee have caused all kinds of problems for Konnan's Foreign Legion. Castagnoli took Timber apart, but again it took him away to finally beat the man. A massive bicycle kick sent Timber down for the three count. Kenny Doane def. Delirious An incredible match as Kenny Doane was beaten so many times but stayed alive. Delirious absolutely destroyed the man but couldn't get a three count. Doane came back and the match kept going. A sky high leg drop and Doane upset the Mexican Light-heavyweight champion (Doane 6 coins). The Colony def. The Spectral Envoy Nothing but blurs of motion were all six men. An awesome match that seemed to have no end in sight. Soldier Ant's TKO put Hallowicked down as the other four men fought. Eddie Kingston & Brodie Lee def. Konnan & Chris Hero An interesting match as Kingston and Lee both didn't seem to trust the other much. A ton of action in and out of the ring. Brodie Lee leveled Konnan with a boot for the pinfall. Claudio Castagnoli, Ares and Tursas ran out to attack Lee and Kingston. Then Larry Sweeney and Delirious joined the attack, which brought a host of tecnicos in for a wild brawl to end Lucha Lords!!!

Empresa Mexicana de Lucha Libre (Mexican Wrestling Enterprise) Dark Matches
Rock & Roll RPMs def. Backseat Boyz This one came to an abrupt end. After the Boyz were looking good, Mike Davis slammed Trent Acid off the top rope. Davis locked on the sleeper and this one was over. American Ground & Air def. All Night Express This one was most AGA as they were all over the Express. King and Titus kept saving each other but Nate Bash put away Titus with a slingshot plancha after the duo had hit each of their finishers earlier. Tyler Black & Jimmy Jacobs def. Young Bucks A great match before going on the air with Lucha Lords. Tons of near falls and tags, great moves in and out of the ring. Jacobs took the pin after the End Time on Nick Jackson. LUCHA LORDS #18 Tijuana, Mexico July 26, 2119 Lash Leroux def. Tim Donst A super quick opener as Lash Leroux quickly put Donst down on the mat. The Whiplash 2000 finished Donst off. Koko B. Ware def. Pinkie Sanchez A real barn-burner of a match. The Birdman was on fire and Sanchez just whethered the storm. Then it was Pinkie with all the offense. They went round and round before Koko got the pin with a top rope dropkick. Ricky Landell def. Archibald Peck Landell made a big statement about being considered a top Light-heavyweight title contender. He easily ran right over Arichibald Peck. Veronica interrupted the count once but Landell just went back to the Fisherman Buster for the win (Peck 5 coins). Iron Mike DiBiase def. Kenny Doane Another good cruiserweight matchup. Doane upset Light-heavweight champion Delirious last week. Former champion DiBiase had his hands full but came away the winner with the abdominal stretch. Les Thatcher & Dewey Robertson def. Team FIST Gran Akuma never got in the ring as Icarus wasn't paying attention and was beaten in no time at all. Les Thatcher went up top with a flying headscissors and scored a pin on Icarus just after the bell rang. Wild Samoans def. Barking Spiders & Sam Hayne Another brutal fight between these teams. The Samoans put a hurting on Clutch but he made it to the floor. The Samoans went back and forth with Clutch, but Samu kicked Hayne's head off for the pin. Team FIST def. Osirian Portal Chuck Taylor and Johnny Gargano made up for their partners loss earlier on the show. Amasis never got out of the ring and Taylor beat him with Sole Food. The Colony def. Mike Quackenbush & Jigsaw The Ants looked great and went on for the big win. Quackenbush missed off the top rope twice against Fire Ant. Soldier Ant quickly downed Jigsaw with Ants Go Marching. The Rougnecks def. The Foreign Legion Another thrilling battle between these teams and Claudio Castagnoli's frustration over being unable to beat these lumberjacks continues. It was a long battle and Brodie Lee's team once again really controlled the action. Ares took a major beating but the match kept going. Later it was Brodie Lee finishing off Ares with the big boot (Ares 5 coins). MWE Light-Heavyweight Championship Delirious (ch) def. JD Michaels An awesome title defense as JD Michaels came very close to taking the gold. A ton of near falls. Larry Sweeney knocked Michaels off the top rope but the match kept going back and forth. Delirious kicked out after the top rope elbow. Michaels kicked out of the Bizarro Driver but Delirious went to the Praying Mantis Bomb for the win. Best 2/3 Falls MWE Tag Team Championship The Throwbacks def. The Spectral Envoy (ch) 2-1 The first fall didn't take long. Sugar Dunkerton went round and round with Hallowicked. Dahser Hatfield hit a dive to the outside, then the Air Dunkerton put Hallowicked down for the three. The champs came back to even the match at one fall apiece. Hallowicked used the Go 2 Sleepy Hollow and then the Graveyard Smash to beat Dasher Hatfield. An awesome final fall with the titles in the balance. All four men went back and forth. Sugar Dunkerton used his Air Dunkerton on Frightmare to take the tag team championship! MWE Heavyweight Championship Eddie Kingston def. Chris Hero (ch) Unbelievably hard-hitting as these two tried to kill each other. The War King Eddie Kingston earned that name in coming out on top. Larry Sweeney finally had to try and help Hero but it only delayed the outcome. The Backfist to the Future sent Hero down for the three count (Hero 5 coins, Kingston 3 coins).

Empresa Mexicana de Lucha Libre (Mexican Wrestling Enterprise) LUCHA LORDS #19 Cozumel, Mexico Aug. 2, 2119 Tonight, on Lucha Lords, the first four matches in the King of Trios tag team title tournament will take place. The tournament will run through the month of August. Colt Cabana def. Drake Younger A super match and good looking debut for Colt Cabana in MWE. Younger took over and Colt couldn't slow him down on the outside of the ring. Cabana turned the match around though and two times with the Colt .45 got him the win (both with 3 coins). Konnan def. Patriot III For some reason Konnan didn't like Patriot III taking the matches against the wrestlers in recent weeks saying they wanted to try out for the Foreign Legion and then beating them. Konnan put a beating on the Patriot and used the German superplex twice for the pin. The Batiri def. The Roughnecks The King of Trios title tournament begins tonight but this was not a tournament match. The Batiri debuted in MWE and the Roughnecks gave them the kind of fight they wanted. A great all-out brawl as the Batiri showed a ton of offense. Dirty Ernie was able to get Timber in the ring but he went down after Kodama's flying blockbuster. Team F.I.S.T. def. The Osirian Portal, Les Thatcher & Dewey Robertson These teams met in tag team action last week and squared off in Atomicos this week. It was an awesome atomicos confrontation as the fans like in Mexico. Icarus recovered to tag Chuck Taylor and the Omega Driver finished off Amasis. Sugar Dunkerton def. Hallowicked Last week it was the Throwbacks winning the MWE tag team titles from the Spectral Envoy. This week it's singles action between the teams. Dunkerton rolled to a great win but Hallowicked showed he will never stop fighting back. Dunkerton decimated his opponent but couldn't finish him off, then it was Hallowicked able to make a comeback and come close to getting the win. A big lariat by Dunkerton finally put Hallowicked down for good (Hallowicked 4 coins). Dasher Hatfield def. Frightmare The other half of the MWE tag team champions made it a sweep for the Throwbacks. This one went fast as Hatfield nailed an underhand punch and the Grandslam put Frightmare down for the three count. MWE Trios Title Tournament First Round Lash Leroux, Owen Hart & Mr. JL def. The Wild Samoans A bit of an upset in the opening match of the tournament. The bigger Samoans just didn't do enough damage during the course of the match. Owen Hart grabbed the win with a diving headbutt on Alofa. Sweet & Sour Inc. def. Super Crazy, El Generico & The Cobra Delirious showed off his newly won NWA World Jr. heavyweight title belt on the way to the ring, along with his Mexican Light-heavyweight championship. This was a real good one as Delrious found himself in trouble but managed to get the match going in his team's favor again. Chris Hero then sent Super Crazy down with the Rolling Elbow Smash. The Foreign Legion def. The Colony A bitterly disappointing match for the fans and the Colony. The team of Claudio Castagnoli, Ares and Tursas obliterated poor Green Ant, never letting him make a tag. His partners kept the match alive but Green Ant took an unearthly amount of punishment and a Tiger Driver by Ares finally ended his torment. Eddie Kingston, JD Michaels & Ken Doane def. Mike Quackenbush, Jigsaw & Johnny Saint Another nice win for the new Mexican heavyweight champion Eddie Kingston and his partners. The captain seemed to just will his team to a victory as they didn't have much going their way for the majority of the bout. Kingston wouldn't stop fighting though and he downed Jigsaw in a chop battle and got the three count.

Empresa Mexicana de Lucha Libre (Mexican Wrestling Enterprise) LUCHA LORDS #20 Tuxtla, Mexico Aug. 9, 2119 Mike Quackenbush & Jigsaw def. Sons of Samoa by D.Q. The Samoans got into trouble and couldn't get out of it. Jigsaw hit the Jig-n-tonic then Quackenbush went through his collection of Quackendrivers. Samu came in and caused a disqualification. Colt Cabana def. Tim Donst A fast match as Donst missed a move in the corner and Cabana scored the pin. Larry Sweeney came out and distracted Colt and then joined Donst in attacking him, perhaps revealing a new member to Sweet & Sour Inc. Super Crazy & El Generico def. Osirian Portal Best match of the night without a doubt! A ridiculous amount of action, nonstop between all four. The Osirian Portal did take plenty of damage though with Ophidian somehow staying alive. It was Amasis that lost the fall though (Ophidian 7 coins). The Colony def. Claudio Castagnoli & Ares Last week the Colony lost in the Trios tournament to the Foreign Legion and Green Ant was injured. The Ants got a small measure of revenge with the win as they killed Ares, but Tursas came in and Fire Ant was injured. Andre the Giant excited the crowd when he came out to chase away the Foreign Legion. Sweet & Sour Inc. def. Eddie Kingston, JD Michaels & Ken Doane Mexican heavyweight champ Eddie Kingston and his men continue to battle it out with World Jr. champ Delirious and Larry Sweeney's charges. More great action between all six men ensued. Sweeney landed the 12 Large Elbow three times to finally pin Doane. Andre the Giant def. Tursas by C.O. The world champion put a major beating on Tursas, but the big man of the Foreign Legion held his own and stood right there with the Giant. Andre was relentless in pounding away on Tursas and this one finally ended when Tursas could not get back into the ring (Tursas 6 coins). MWE Trios Title Tournament First Round Mike DiBiase, Les Thatcher & Dewey Robertson def. The Roughnecks Quite a shocking outcome here as Brodie Lee and his men have really been on a roll in the MWE, especially in the fight against the Foreign Legion. Brodie Lee went down though and the figure four from Robertson ended the match. Naptown Dragons def. The Batiri Absolutely the second best match of the night if not the first! Just crazy the amount of action in and out of the ring in this one. The Naptown Dragons were determined not to be intimidated by the eerie Batiri and they controlled the fight. After Kobald took three finishers the Batiri regrouped and kept the match going. Kobald ended up losing though later after the Kiss of the Dragon (Kobald 5 coins). Black Tiger, Devon Storm & Rebelucha def. Team F.I.S.T. Another big-time upset here. F.I.S.T. seemed ready to fight themselves after this loss. Black Tiger quickly pinned Icarus after a reverse falling elbow drop. The Spectral Envoy def. The Foreign Legion Konnan and his partners from ICW Nikolai Volkoff and Buddy Rose went down to the Spectral Envoy. They had Ultramantis Black in trouble but Hallowicked took over and the Headless Horsemen put away Konnan. Stablemates Castagnoli, Ares and Tursas rushed out but so did Andre the Giant with a wild brawl.

Empresa Mexicana de Lucha Libre (Mexican Wrestling Enterprise) LUCHA LORDS #21 Mazatlan, Mexico Aug. 16, 2119 Archibald Peck def. Brad Armstrong Archibald Peck scored a monster win for himself over the former NWA World Jr. heavyweight champion. He hit Armstrong twice with the baton but missed off the top rope. Armstrong never really slowed him down though and the Unchained Melody put him away (Armstrong 4 coins). Team F.I.S.T. def. The Young Bucks Chuck Taylor hit his Omega Driver on both Young Bucks. Johnny Gargano ended the match with the Hurts Donut on Nick Jackson. 3.Ole def. The New Masked Superstars by C.O. El Generico showed off his new partners in a wild match against much larger opponents. Right from the start Masked Superstar II crushed the referee and he was out for several minutes. 3.0 showed off some great moves but this one ended with Masked Superstar III down on the floor and counted out of the ring. The Osirian Portal def. Team F.I.S.T. Amasis and Ophidian had their way against Icarus and Gran Akuma. The Snake Charmer turned the tide and then the Osirian Sacrament on Icarus put this one in the books. The Sons of Samoa def. Mike Quackenbush & Jigsaw This was one of the greatest tag matches in the history of Mexico. Last week the Samoans were disqualified. This week the two teams turned in quite a barn-burner of a match. Tons and tons of near falls and great moves. Afa Jr. somehow ended this one with a moonsault on Quackenbush (Samoans 8 coins, Quack/Jig 4 coins). Tim Donst def. Colt Cabana Another rematch after Larry Sweeney helped Tim Donst in a post-match attack against Cabana. Sweeney was not at ringside and did not interfere this time around. These two went back and forth and in and out of the ring. Donst beat Cabana with the Gator Roll. The Batiri def. The Throwbacks The Batiri are still alive in the Trios Title Tournament and scored a non-title win over the MWE tag team champions. Sugar Dunkerton and Dasher Hatfield didn't get much going their way but it was still a long match. Kodama won after a flying blockbuster on Dunkerton. Andre the Giant & The Colony def. The Foreign Legion NWA World champion Andre the Giant, otherwise known as THE GIANT ANT, lended his services to the Colony. Konnan, Nikolai Volkoff and Buddy Rose could do little against the big man. The Ant Hill finisher on Volkoff brought about the 1-2-3. MWE Trios Title Tournament Quarterfinals Les Thatcher, Dewey Robertson & Mike DiBiase def. Lash Leroux, Owen Hart & Mr. JL Incredible teamwork by the old-school veteran wrestlers in this one. A sleeper by Les Thatcher, abdominal stretch by Dewey Robertson and knee drops from Mike DiBiase all in succession on Mr. JL put him down for the three count. The Foreign Legion def. Black Tiger, Devon Storm & Rebelucha Claudio Castagnoli, Ares and Tursas got quite a good fight from their opponents. Tursas landed a second rope crossbody on Rebelucha. This one went some time though but a Ricola Bomb by Claudio on Rebelucha caused the bell to ring. Eddie Kingston, JD Michaels & Ken Doane def. The Naptown Dragons MWE heavyweight champion Eddie Kingston and his team survived another really good match to reach the semifinals. The Naptown Dragons appeared to have this one going their way the majority of the time. After an unbelievable train wreck of humanity on the floor, Kingston used the Sliding D to beat Dustin Lee. Sweet & Sour Inc. def. The Spectral Envoy Larry Sweeney's men made sure they weren't out of this tournament yet. Chris Hero dominated UltraMantis Black with the Rolling Elbow Smash. Delirious -- NWA World Jr. heavyweight champion -- hit the Bizarro Driver to put him away and eliminate the Spectral Envoy.
