I hope this issue gets resolved. With the COTG color cards breaking sales records, I was looking forward to seeing Steve get a chance to do LOW and LOTF in color. As good as his black and white stuff is, anyone who has seen his color work (especially the wrestlers and body-builders) knows his stuff is eye popping beautiful. As good as he draws, his coloring talents are just as strong.

I don't see how it's an issue that needs resolved. Most of us are raving over the art. I think it's one of the best sets on the whole that I have ever bought. A minority have a different opinion, and they are welcome to it. But the verdict seems to be that this board loves Stanly's art.

My point was that the way Steve's post sounds (at least to me) was that he was thinking about moving aside and letting other talents get a crack at drawing for FG. I'd like to see that issue be resolved and see Steve continue to work for FG. Especially with the color wave being so successful. If and when Legends goes that direction, I think Steve is the guy to lead it.

I don't think there is a issue either, I like Stanley's art and it would be cool to see him stay on but that is his call and all we can do is support that we like his art and if he doesn't stay on we get another artist in the mix like we've seen before when a past artist moves on from drawing for FG...

I will say its really hard to find good reference materials for guys. For LOTF3 I spent a while on each guy. You can tell which ones I had better references for. Eddie Edwards I worked on for hours and it was still tough to find a good one. I could have found a good picture of Edwards in almost no time at all. It would have been one of him with the ROH TV Title, but still it would have been a HQ picture of him. Some guys' pictures are easy to find, you just have to know what PSD sites to check out. Some have a wealth of pictures of indy guys. I remember when I was doing posters for LLUSA/LLI, I was shocked at the amount of HQ PSDs/PNGs for Mesias, Aerostar, Cibernetico, and Chessman that existed.

Got my set today, and like most on here couldn't be happier that Stanley did a LOTF set.
This set is so full of good indy names that I can't be more excited to play. My favorites of the set are Jigsaw, Akuma, and I'm also a big fan of The Colony's cards.

So, who do i see about Rahl Ratings for our latest set? I've apparently not quite mastered it, as my numbers keep not matching the ones posted in the thread for the last two sets, so I've resolved not to bother with the new ones. I would still, however, like to know where they rate. Credit Lord Rahl

Forgive my ignorance, but what are Rahl's ratings all about?

Rahl ratings are a fan created way of gauging overall card strength in singles and tag.
