Your UMW continues on a solid roll, I like the upcoming events where McGuinness and Kendrick face off and is AT ANYTIME THEY CHOOSE a pay-per-view name?

No. At any time they choose means the champion just finished a grueling match, maybe has 3 or 4 fatigue tokens & the Elite 8 winner comes to the ring with a ref & gets his title shot, ala Money In The Bank, one of the few WWE concepts I actually like.

Of all the recent new feds, IMO this is definitely one of the best.
I was hoping Davey Richards would win the Elite Eight, but at least he got past Erick Stevens.
It's also really cool how Brian Kendrick is your current Jr. Heavyweight Champion even though he lost to the UltraMega Champion Nigel McGuinness in the non-title Champions Challenge match.

Based on my 52 cards = 1 year timeframe, the Elite 8 tournament, my 13th card, effectively brought to a close the 1st "quarter" of the year. Here's a wrestler-by-wrestler breakdown of how everyone has fared so far:
AMERICAN WOLVES Began immediate rivalry with Briscoes as both teams were DQ’d in their initial meeting…Defeated their new arch-rivals in a NO DQ rematch on the next card, before being defeated by Team F.I.S.T. in a #1 contender’s match for the UltraMega tag team championship…Defeated the Colony & then scored back-to-back wins over the Kings of Wrestling on their road to dethroning Team F.I.S.T. for the titles at Mega Takes Manhattan!...First title defense was a successful one, as they defeated the Colony at Plymouth…Rocked!...Both Edwards & Richards entered the Elite 8 tournament & both made it to the 2nd round…Edwards defeated Austin Aries in the 1st round before losing to eventual winner Tyler Black in round 2…Richards defeated Erick Stevens in the 1st round before losing to Bryan Danielson in round 2
AUSTIN ARIES Debuted with an impressive submission victory over Nigel McGuinness, then dropped 2 straight decisions to Bryan Danielson, including a #1 contender’s match for the UltraMega championship…Defeated Roderick Strong, then dropped 2 straight decisions to McGuinness, including a #1 contender’s match for the UltraMega championship…Scored impressive back-to-back submission victories over Erick Stevens & Danielson en route to finally securing a victory in a #1 contender’s match, defeating Stevens…Was unable to take the title from McGuinness at Plymouth…Rocked!, however…In what some may consider an upset, was beaten by Eddie Edwards in 1st round of Elite 8 tournament
TYLER BLACK Based on his status as ROH champion, was recoginized as UltraMega champion upon UltraMega’s inception…Earned a decisive victory over #1 contender Bryan Danielson at UltraMegaMania!...Dropped the title in his second defense to Nigel McGuinness at Mega Takes Manhattan!...Began his climb back up the ladder with a win over Roderick Strong, but dropped a match to Erick Stevens before beating Danielson once again…Winner of inaugural Elite 8 tournament, defeating Claudio Castagnoli in 1st round, Eddie Edwards in 2nd & Danielson, yet again, in finals…Victory in tournament gave him a guaranteed shot at UltraMega title
BRISCOES Began immediate rivalry with American Wolves as both teams were DQ’d in their initial meeting…Defeated by their new arch-rivals in a NO DQ rematch on the next card, but rebounded with victories over Young Bucks & Osirian Portal …Beaten by Kings of Wrestling before scoring a countout victory over the Colony…Their loss to the Young Bucks at Mega Takes Manhattan! began a downward spiral that has seen them drop 3 consecutive matches to the Kings of Wrestling, the Bucks and the Hillbilly Wrecking Crew
ARIK CANNON Began his UltraMega career with 3 straight losses to Gran Akuma, Icarus & Jigsaw
THE COLONY Scored 2 consecutive victories over the Young Bucks…Defeated by American Wolves & Briscoes, but bounced back with a win over Osirian Portal via DQ at Mega Takes Manhattan!...Lost to Young Bucks, but bounced back with DQ victory over the Kings of Wrestling before defeating the Bucks in a #1 contender’s match, earning the right to face the American Wolves at Plymouth…Rocked!, where they fell short in their quest to become tag team champions
BRYAN DANIELSON Defeated Roderick Strong, & then Austin Aries twice en route to becoming #1 contender to Tyler Black’s UltraMega championship, but championship aspirations were put on hold after losing to Black at UltraMegaMania!...Back-to-back submission wins over Strong were sandwiched between losses to Nigel McGuiness & Erick Stevens…Defeated Adam Pearce before dropping back-to-back matches against Aries & Black…Defeated Jimmy Jacobs…Beat Chris Hero & Davey Richards in first 2 rounds of Elite 8 tournament before falling to Black once again in finals…The only wrestler to appear on all 13 cards of the quarter, in addition to collecting the most wins (9)
DELIRIOUS Looked unstoppable in victories over Jimmy Jacobs, Ultramantis Black & Green Ant before being upset by Jigsaw at UltraMega Mania!...Scored victories against Jacobs, Ultramantis Black & Mike Quackenbush before being defeated by Jr. Heavyweight champion Brian Kendrick at Mega Takes Manhattan!...A victory over Adam Pearce was sandwiched between losses to Jacobs & Roderick Strong…Teamed with Daizee Haze to defeat Jacobs & MsChif by DQ in UltraMega’s first “mixed” tag team match at the Elite 8 tournament
SARA DEL RAY Defeated Daizee Haze in a #1 contender’s match for the Women’s championship, but was thwarted by MsChif in her attempt to win the title at UltraMegaMania!...Defeated by Daizee Haze in consecutive #1 contender’s matches for the Women’s championship
GRAN AKUMA Made a successful singles debut following the demise of Team F.I.S.T., defeating Arik Cannon, but then dropped 2 consecutive matches to Jigsaw & his former partner, Icarus
GREEN ANT Lived up to his name, looking completely overmatched in dropping decisions to Ultramantis Black, Jimmy Jacobs & Delirious…Was in danger of being dropped from the roster following another loss to Ultramantis, but rebounded with his first win over Jacobs before losing once again to Ultramantis…Defeated by Paul London at Mega Takes Manhattan! and subsequently removed from active roster
DAIZEE HAZE Defeated by Sara Del Rey in a #1 contender’s match for the Women’s championship…Returned the favor by beating Del Ray, earning a title shot at Mega Takes Manhattan, only to be turned away by Women’s champ MsChif…Defeated Del Rey in a #1 contender’s match & went on to shock the world, upsetting MsChif for the Women’s championship at Plymouth…Rocked!...Teamed with Delirious to defeat MsChif & Jimmy Jacobs by DQ at Elite 8 tournament
HILLBILLY WRECKING CREW The unlikely duo have won their only match to date, defeating the Briscoes at Plymouth…Rocked!
ICARUS Has looked unstoppable as a singles wrestler, following the break-up of Team F.I.S.T….Is currently undefeated, owning wins against Jigsaw, Arik Cannon, former partner Gran Akuma & Paul London
JIMMY JACOBS Off to a rough start, with a defeat of Green Ant being his only victory sandwiched between losses to Delirious & Ultramantis Black…Freefall continued with losses to Delirious, Green Ant & Jigsaw…Bounced back with a win over Delirious, but then dropped 3 straight matches to Roderick Strong (by DQ), Adam Pearce & Bryan Danielson…With MsChif, lost by DQ to Delirious & Daizee Haze in UltraMega’s first “mixed” tag team match at Plymouth…Rocked!
JIGSAW Looked lost in suffering early losses to Brian Kendrick, Paul London & Chuck Taylor, but rebounded with an important victory over Delirious at UltraMegaMania!, enabling him to stay in Jr. Heavyweight title picture…Became first singles wrestler to be “dropped” down a division, following losses to Taylor & London…Responded with a victory over Jimmy Jacobs…Was defeated by Icarus, but bounced back with 3 consecutive victories over Gran Akuma, Arik Cannon & Taylor
BRIAN KENDRICK Took off like a rocket, scoring wins over Jigsaw, Chuck Taylor & Paul London on his way to becoming the #1 contender for the Jr. Heavyweight crown & attained championship glory by defeating Mike Quackenbush at UltraMegaMania!...Successfully defended his title at Mega Takes Manhattan!, defeating #1 contender Delirious…Successfully defended his title against Quackenbush at Plymouth…Rocked!...Only loss during the quarter was to UltraMega champion Nigel McGuinness in a non-title, “champion’s challenge” match at Elite 8 tournament
KINGS OF WRESTLING Based on their status as ROH Tag Team champions, were recognized as Tag Team champions upon UltraMega’s inception, and promptly dropped the belts to Team F.I.S.T. in their first defense at UltraMegaMania!...Rebounded with a win over the Briscoes, then lost 2 straight against the American Wolves, including a #1 contender’s match for the Tag Team titles…Defeated Briscoes before being beaten by the Colony (via DQ) & Eddie Kingston & Drake Younger at Plymouth…Rocked!...Both Castagnoli & Hero entered the Elite 8 tournament & both were beaten in the 1st round, Castagnoli by Tyler Black & Hero by Bryan Danielson
EDDIE KINGSTON Looked dominant against fellow mid-carders Erick Stevens & Brodie Lee, then dropped a rematch against Stevens, followed by a loss to Roderick Strong at UltraMegaMania!...Losses at the hands of Necro Butcher & Stevens bookended a victory over Lee…Formed a tag team dubbed the “Suicide Kings” with Drake Younger upon the arrival of the “Psycho Shooter” in UltraMega.
EDDIE KINGSTON & DRAKE YOUNGER The former CZW tag team champions made an impressive debut at Plymouth…Rocked!, defeating the Kings of Wrestling
BRODIE LEE 2 wins over Necro Butcher bookended a loss to Eddie Kingston…Lost to Nigel McGuinness at UltraMegaMania!...Dropped 2 straight to Erick Stevens & Kingston before bouncing back with yet another win over Necro, giving him a 3-0 record against the Butcher…UltraMega fans were stunned when Lee & the Butcher announced the formation of the “Hillbilly Wrecking Crew” & entered the tag team division.
PAUL LONDON Lost to Chuck Taylor, then beat Jigsaw, earning the right to face Brian Kendrick in a #1 contender’s match for Jr. Heavyweight title…Was beaten in that match by his former partner, but rebounded with a victory over Ultramantis Black at UltraMegaMania!…Following a loss to Mike Quackenbush, reeled off 3 straight wins against Jigsaw, Taylor & Green Ant…Went into a tailspin, dropping 4 consecutive matches to Ultramantis Black, Quackenbush, Taylor (by DQ) & Icarus
NIGEL McGUINNESS Lost by submission to Austin Aries, before splitting a pair of matches with Roderick Strong…Defeated Brodie Lee at UltraMegaMania!...Went on a tear, defeating old nemesis Bryan Danielson before back-to-back victories over Aries earned him a shot at Tyler Black’s UltraMega championship at Mega Takes Manhattan!, where he made the most of his opportunity, bringing home the gold…Successfully defended title against Austin Aries at Plymouth…Rocked!...Defeated Jr. Heavyweight champion Brian Kendrick in a non-title, “champion’s challenge” match at Elite 8 tournament…His 7 consecutive victories were the high mark for the quarter

ADAM PEARCE Lost to Bryan Danielson in his UltraMega debut & followed that up with a loss to old nemesis Delirious before earning his first victory against Jimmy Jacobs
OSIRIAN PORTAL Losses to Team F.I.S.T. , the Briscoes & the Colony have them winless & currently on the “fill-ins” portion of the UltraMega roster…
MIKE QUACKENBUSH Based on his status as NWA Jr. Heavyweight champion, was recognized as Jr. Heavyweight champion upon UltraMega’s inception, and promptly dropped the belt to Brian Kendrick in his first defense at UltraMegaMania!...Rebounded with wins over Paul London & Chuck Taylor before losing to Delirious in a #1 contender’s match for the Jr. Heavyweight title…Beat Taylor & London prior to defeating Ultramantis Black in a #1 contender’s match for the Jr. Heavyweight title, but was unable to regain belt, losing to Kendrick at Plymouth…Rocked!
ERICK STEVENS A split in 2 matches with Eddie Kingston & a loss to Necro Butcher have Stevens, perhaps the most talented of the mid-carders, still looking to introduce himself to the main eventers.…Another loss to Necro was the only blemish during a run that saw Stevens defeat Brodie Lee & Kingston en route to securing main event status courtesy of his defeat of Bryan Danielson at Mega Takes Manhattan!...A win over Tyler Black was sandwiched between 2 losses to Austin Aries, the second in a #1 contender’s match…Rebounded with a victory over Roderick Strong at Plymouth…Rocked!...Defeated by Davey Richards in 1st round of Elite 8 tournament
RODERICK STRONG Looked like he did not belong with the “big boys” at first, suffering losses to Bryan Danielson & Nigel McGuinness, but turned it around, first beating McGuinness & then scoring a big submission victory over Eddie Kingston at UltraMegaMania! …Lost to Austin Aries & then twice to Danielson, putting his main event status in jeopardy, but rebounded with a win over Necro Butcher at Mega Takes Manhattan!...Lost to Tyler Black before defeating Jimmy Jacobs (via DQ) & Delirious…Lost to Erick Stevens at Plymouth…Rocked!
CHUCK TAYLOR Looked like a force to be reckoned with in the Jr. Heavyweight division, owning dominant victories over Paul London & Jigsaw…Only loss came at the hands of Brian Kendrick, who went on to win championship at UltraMegaMania!...Losses to Mike Quackenbush & London sandwiched between wins over Jigsaw & Ultramantis Black…Lost to Quackenbush & Ultramantis Black before defeating London by DQ, and the losing to Jigsaw
TEAM F.I.S.T. An auspicious debut, to say the least, as they steamrolled the Young Bucks, Osirian Portal & American Wolves on their way to becoming #1 contenders to the tag titles… Defeated the Kings of Wrestling at UltraMegaMania! to take the belts …Championship run was short-lived as they were beaten by the American Wolves in their first defense of the titles at Mega Takes Manhattan!…Shocked UltraMega fans & officials by announcing their breakup & subsequent entry into singles competition.
ULTRAMANTIS BLACK Scored victories over Green Ant & Jimmy Jacobs, while losing to Delirious…Lost to Paul London at UltraMegaMania!...2 more wins over Green Ant bookended yet another loss to Delirious…Was defeated by Chuck Taylor in a rare “rudo vs. rudo” match at Mega Takes Manhattan!...Beat London & Taylor before being defeated by Mike Quackenbush in a #1 contender’s match for the Jr. Heavyweight title
YOUNG BUCKS Disappointing would be an under-statement, as the brothers Jackson looked totally lost while losing to Team F.I.S.T., the Briscoes & the Colony twice…Their loss to the Colony at UltraMegaMania! saw the Bucks banished to the “fill-ins” portion of the tag division…A huge upset of the Briscoes at Mega Takes Manhattan landed them back on the active roster…Finally defeated the Colony, followed by a victory over the Briscoes, but were beaten yet again by the Colony, this time in a #1 contender’s match for the Tag Team titles
