Centra Cup

So how are you guys approaching your Centra Cup tournament?

I was thinking of doing a split level tourney. One for the veterans to via for the aCe Essence title and one for the new talent to via for in the Centra Cup. I'm not sure I really want to divide the talent pool roster like that as some of the new talent is quite talented and are definitley contenders for the Essence.

I may just lump it into one mega tourney, but that may water down the Cup. I may just hold off on the Cup tourney to mid-year and treat it like a King of the Ring style affair offered once a year.

Just curious how you guys were approaching it.

I'll be doing the mega tourney, for the Cup and the Essence.

My first priority is for the Essence, then Essence tag, then Battlefield, then Centra singles & Tag. When those are all done, then I'll run Centra Cup-probably just like old Crocket Cup-with the dimesisons being opened, I'll use all the Centra tag teams and supplement the tournament with GWF, CPC and maybe a few Legends or Bootlegs, depending on how it looks

See, I'm running it as a continuation and I believe Avarice, Shock Syndicate, and House of Pain if they all keep their titles in December 2121 would be acknowledged as the champs still.

As far as the Cup goes, I'd allow all singles competitors an entry to decide who will face the champ at the first aCe PPV.

The story will be that all titles are vacated at the end of 2121 allowing the government to start fresh. The tournament will be held first, with the winners not only claiming the Centra Cup but also the Essence titles.
