Tradenarked characters will never fall into public domain (so for instance Mickey Mouse is never going to be free)

What Disney is worried about is that other people can use their old CARTOONS on DVDs and the like. That's what they keep trying to get readjusted.

I haven't yet seen an official date but I think it's 65 years. It could just as easily be 50 or 75 though.

Yeah, I think the last time I heard it was something like 75 years after the death.

I really like the idea & sound of Legends: Heroes. We could definitely use the faces & it just sounds right. Legends: Heroes.

As for Factions, I do think it could work. It wouldn't have to be stated what team they were a part of because we would all know. Also you wouldn't need the whole faction to be complete but just getting some members of that team or adding to a team that we already have members to. For example we have the New Age Outlaws so Factions could add Chyna & X-Pac. I think it would be fun.
